That, combined with the sternguard points drop and less of a need for combi weapons will help round out my army more.
I'm hopping to the emprah that the ML is in fact a TML/ CML.
I'm expecting the Grav Cannons/Lascannons/etc to be Twin Linked, but who knows! We could get the Contemptor Mortis treatment on those guns.
Then again, we'd need another piece of Wargear to just let us shoot all the weapons at the same time. O.o

I echo the sentiments above that the DakkaTurions look 1000x better than the assault ones, and ya, it's the drills not the paint job.
Everything about this release screams Roman Legions except the beards. Romans didn't have beards they viewed them as a sign of cowardice. Oh well GW can't do everything right... I for one love the Roman Legion aesthetic, sets it far apart from the Wolves, Monks, and Vampires IMO.

I originally read that as Chappy/Libby.
I nearly screamed Heresy before I read that. No man may gak talk the termi chappie and live.
Oh no, Chappy Termie is awesome, just like the Commander Dante model, its ageless...

The main problem with that Terminator Captain is he is too small!! He's got Abaddon syndrome....

I have noticed that some of the new releases (apoc marine commanders) and now the HQ captain/commander here look like old models just built up with excessive bits.
I still like the new plastic HQs, new tank looks needlessly built up with armor. The centurions well we will see when the kit comes out what the conversion possibilities are. Basically its a super soldier, in power armor, then he puts on terminator armor, then squeezes into iron clad dreadnought pants, say hello to the Astartes TURDUCKEN.

I'd like to see more of that chaplain - it strikes me as being a great model, maybe. I already own a jump chaplain and a terminator chaplain and used neither almost ever, but I guess I'm just a sucker for them and maybe will have to add a third.
The captain and librarian are kinda eh. Nothing wrong with them, just not really blowing my skirt up. I think the cherub on the librarian is kind of a dealkiller for me.
The ranged Centurions look merely bad here, instead laughably awful.
If there are pics of another tank, beside that twin-gun one seen earlier, the link/picture isn't working.

Ok so the devastator centurions look much better, hoping they have decent rules to go with and I might be sold. Loving the libby and chaplin, but agree the captain looks like AOBR with a head swap, not really that great tbh.

I sure hope that new Centurion armour is a hoax... it looks absolutely ridiculous.
It resembles too much of a walking Land Raider... and we've already seen a flying one (as a few bloggers are already fearing the worst).
I hope they'll still give us the reason to take the Venerable Dreadnought... and Whirlwind, for the Emperor's sake!

Not a chance. When was the last time you saw a Leman Russ Executioner? A Sentinel? How about some Ogryns? No, every modern codex has unplayable units that nobody in their right mind would take.

Finally had time to look at all the pics.
I don't mind the Centurions. Yeah, they don't work anatomically at all, but they fit the imperial aesthetic well, I think.
The Hunter is nothing exceptional, but of course few things on the Rhino chassis could be.
Vanguard box looks lovely.

Chaos isn’t a pit. Chaos is a ladder. Many who try to climb it fail, and never get to try again. The fall breaks them. And some are given a chance to climb, but refuse. They cling to the realm, or love, or the gods…illusions. Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is, but they’ll never know this. Not until it’s too late.

That Rhino variant looks really good.
So far, I'm a fan of it, the Vanguard, the Sternguard, and the ICs...though the cherub will not survive contact with my craft knife.
I was going to start a DA army but now I want to do whatever chapter will let me have scoring Sternguard. Hopefully it is still the Crimson Fists.

Yeah, I do wonder why Grandpa Librarian brought a naked baby with him. And then armed it with a wooden sword and shield.
