Oh, and if anyone is driving from near Chester, and had a spare spot in their car; I'd much appreciate a lift Seeing as I'd save money on the train, i would be happy to re-imburse with beer/cider/tarot reading etc...

I think myself and Arakasi are planning on going up friday morning and seeing if we can get in some much needed practice friday afternoon, so food /drinks on friday evening sounds like a good plan

Would love a good vs evil Apoc game. We had an AV only Apoc game at our gaming club at Xmas.
6 Titans, a pylon, over 30 Baneblades and an entire horde of Ork Kans... and the smaller vehicles were nigh on uncounted.
Would love to get involved in another.

Was thinking of bringing 2000 pts for the sunday that way i'll be sure to cover most things, though only bringing a 1000 pts in on the saturday for transport reasons.
The idea of a team up Apoc game sounds great also.

Where's everyone staying? I'm going to book the premier inn, castle marina. Nottingham. it's only 1 mile away from WW and for friday and sat night it's £99 per twin room. (no breakfast though) I reckon you'll struggle to find anywhere cheaper £24.75 pp a night! Hope that helps anyone thinking of staying over!

Premier Inn sounds great -- from what I recall, you can walk along the canal towpath almost as far as WW's front door, so it'll be a nice walk too...

I'd like to recommend the Gresham Hotel. It's a little worn, and a half hour walk away from Warhammer World, but it's v. cheap, clean, and the Breakfasts are actually pretty good. Right next to the station as well, so you can dump your stuff when you arrive.
