Raging Heroes has nothing more than just sketches last I saw for Sisters, and isn't out yet.

DA is not top tier, not even close, but the army is playable.
What changes would you expect for them?
GW might take away the power field generator.
Define playable. Most of the competitive play I see is either Ravenwing army or DA with a good amount of allies. Thats hard to call if playable when 2/3 of the codex doesn't see use. I'll trade my PFG for some Centurions or a Storm Eagle.
A Codex where 2/3rds of the book isn't used describes half of the Codexes in print right now, including brand new ones like Grey Knights. :-p GW just has horrific internal balance as of late, except for a few outliers like Orks where everything is at least shades of viable.

I want the necron release, wait a month, then release a sanctuary 101 campaign. Then Sisters of Battle release. Or Sisters release, then sanctuary 101

Gotta vote CSM. Entire Traitor Legions boiled down to 1 Elites choice is just wrong.
I'd at least hope they come out with more supplements along the lines of Black Legion and Crimson Slaughter...just more meaty ones.

1 elite and a mark on other units.
But yeah, more theme options would be good.

I hope for something new.
Renewing the boring CSM and DA codices is not worth it.
Both books would be hit by another nerf bat making them even more unplayable at the competitive level.

My understanding on the SOB release (I wasn't in the hobby then) was that Nids were supposed to show up that Nov..and then the lawsuit hit. SOB codex dropped out of nowhere, digital release, no models, nothing else. Nids dropped in Jan.
So it was something of a "Oh crap" reaction, let's throw something out real quick.
I could be totally wrong, and it's just a case of GW treating the sisters with no love again.

I do not work for GW in any fashion. When I edit my post, either I've misspelled something, punctuation, or I'm fixing swearing. Oops. |
