So I've finished the Spindle Drones, but UR-025 was too much to do around going away. I've added some extra picks, in spoilers, because I didn't know if putting them on the Blackstone tile was too distracting?

The whole gang:

Turquoise:

Purple:

And Greenie!

I agree with Zergsmasher on those bases, nicely done Jadenim, purple shading on the bodies works well too.

Here is my entry, an arco flagellant conversion. Ran out of time to add some OSL effects but fairly pleased nonetheless

I have to admit defeat this month. I went way out of my comfort zone, and it looks horrible.

Jadenim your basing scheme makes much more sense to me now seeing them on the tiles. Great work.

And some fantastic entries coming in from everyone, going to be another tough vote this month.

Apologies for the delay, not overly happy with them, but here are the final photos of my entry (I hope I've not left it too late):

Forgot to gloss the bases...

Well, definitely beaten by the clock this month. The two servitors are near enough done but the techmarine is nowhere near finished. I've taken some phone pics for now but i'll take some more when they are all finished.

I only got as far as base coating due to some other projects taking up my time, but here's a work in progress shot of my Skaven support weapons:

Clean as always, Modock! I hate how quickly you paint these up, but it also motivates me to do better as well

Thank you, but c'mon man your minis are already jaw-dropping. IMO the desire to improve is one of the most important thing in the hobby because it
keeps you motivated and if you're motivated you will get projects done.

Honestly, I'm always open for inspiration from every source, and that most definitely includes other artists. Regardless of skill level, I always approach it with the mentality that there's something to learn, or something I can pull from other people's work (whether it's color schemes, refinement of techniques, or just motivation to keep pushing myself).

And your work definitely stands up there as work that pushes that competitive side of me, especially the speed to which you paint and how clean, crisp and vibrant the colors are. Always looking forward to see what you put in each month!

Whoops, Just realised I photographed my Warp Hunter without the shuriken cannon - the perils of magnetised weapons! Anybody mind if I shoot some new photos with it on? It was painted within June, honest!

EDIT: I've put some new photos in my photo post - the old ones still there in the spoiler.

A little delayed, apologies again, but here's the vote for last month! Some cracking entries there, I foresee a lot of fierce competition this time!
