Wow, great job on this thread. I have a real soft spot for the old RTera figgies. I think there is a charm to them that is lost in now a days models. Plus metal is clearly superior to plastic, and lead is superior to pweter-white metal.

Hey man great thread, spent a couple of hours reading through it last week and since then I've gone on ebay and bought 5 beastmen, a chaos thug, 3 minotaurs and bloodthirster, all from the 80's. Next I'll be looking for some Renegades. Thanks for renewing my interest in very old minis. Makes me feel about 11 again.

coll looking shottgunneress, my only nitpick is the repeater handle...why not do that in pastic or wooden material rather than too in metalics?

Very cool. Another excellent job on the face, lovely skin. Some nice colour work on the details too, although I'm not completely sold on the gloves. Possibly just because can't see enough of the hair at this angle to see the blue there, but it seems to jar slightly atm.

I think I forgot to give her gloves a wash.

"old skidmark" steve, hobo with a rusty laspistol. I think he should be part of the priests retinue as he is a militia man model. I can imagine him being a poor angry man who was fired up by the confessors speeches so they found him a grimy laspistol to join them in purging the heretic
