I can't find the best level smith in Skyrim. Which city is he in? I need some training.

Magic hurts, period. Even throwing some low level resist enchants on your gear can make a world of difference.
Eorlund Grey-Mane at the Skyforge in Whiterun is your man for smithing. He's up behind where the Companion's mead hall is. (Jorvasskr?)

I found him. Although I actually think the guy in Riften is better cause Eorlund doesn't train me. and the guy in riften had a better selection of equipment.

Eorlund goes up to 90, if I remember. After that, you're just a handful of iron daggers away. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

I've walked out and up through town, and he's on his way to the skyforge... I actually trained all on my own because he was rarely at the forge in my game...

Does it still work if you simply spam 'Wait: 24h'? Or do you have to spend the equiviliant of a day roaming around/fast traveling?

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

Getting a spouse? Go to the Riften inn, talk to the preacher of Mara about getting married and with one of the conversation lines you can ask him if you can buy an amulet of mara for 200 gold.
Wear said amulet, find an eligible spouse (male or female, but only certain ones, i'll find a link telling you who is eligible), talk to them whilst wearing the amulet and if they like you enough and aren't bound by a storyline then there's a conversation option about marriage, simply go through that and you become engaged.
Go back to the preacher in riften, arrange the marriage, get married, ask the spouse to move in with you and he/she (not married to a 'he' yet, so unsure about them but I assume it's the same) opens a small shop based in your house, where you can collect 100 gold profit per day.

You can also move in with your spouse and the house will be marked on your map.
Of course depending on who you marry, you could end up living in a Mansion or a tent in the middle of the woods.
