@pacific, pots can work well vs magic, there are lots of +resist potions you can get.
Also there is a low level spell in the.....alteration tree(?) called barrier which absorbs magic attacks. Not sure how useful it would be at high levels without upgrades but you can get it from Winterhold college very early on. Worth a look.
Been playing on master for the last 20 levels Lvl 45 now.

If you don't rely too heavily on magic, switch to the Atronach Stone. 50% resist, if I recall. If you do use magic, get the Lord Stone. 50 Armor and 25% resist.
Between those and some decent resist magic enchantments, you can get 100% magic resist.

There are some who walk until their legs fail them and they fall to the ground. I find that respectable.
Then there are those who drag themselves further. I find that admirable.

Yeah, I know.

That better?

If your hate extends to Shadowmere, I'll cut you down where you stand.
Anyway, what was everyone's favorite questline? Mine is a tossup between the DB and Thieves Guild. The DB line was like the Thieves Guild in Oblivion; slow start, grandiose finish. The TG this time around wasn't as epic, but it was still pretty entertaining.

I felt the College quests were all boring however
What irks me is that the College quests had the potential to be completely awesome. I have no idea why they didn't take it further, exploring the Psijic Order and the Eye of Magnus more.

I felt that it was really rushed, and the eye and the Order were just forced additions because you never hear about either again
And if you didnt know arcano was going to be the bad guy return your game. I dislike how all thalmor are 100% badguys because THEY ARE ELVES!!!1!!!
It would have been way cooler if he turned out to be good and someone from the college was the evil guy

I don't think I've ever had an argument that got quite that heated.
