I saw devices like that before, definitely inquisition BC, the high end ones even have a micro vortex grenade built in. Rather fancy.

It's not even a real charge. It's a fake one designed to look like a shaped charge, and to appear as one on any scan. It's a practice the Inquisition does to scare people

Yes, its inquisition. Only a mk12 model mind, the mk 45 is fitted with vortex and enhanced dampeners. This ones a basic mass produced model.
