These Orks are some of the best models GW ever made. Everyone who collects some kind of Orc should get them. I missed them when they were sold regularly 15 years ago and had to get them one by one second hand. It's great for every new Player they're making these available once more.

Never seen those metal orcs before but wow, they still look great. The new king of the dead is fantastic as well!

Never really got into collecting the old metal orcs despite knowing they're pretty great, as I felt that when I started, I wouldn't be able to rest until I tracked down all of them. If, as it appears, there will be a convenient bundle with one of each.. well, there is not reason to resist anymore! Just hoping they will be vaguely decently priced, not at twice the original price like they have done with a few made to order kits recently (Haldir's Elves, the Skaven characters).

Good odds on all those coming back with the Rohan supplements I reckon. Bring on wildmen and the Dunlendings!

Wouldn't mind some feral uruks just to have a few in the collection too!

I have a gut feeling they'll be £45, same as the breaking of the fellowship. Which to be fair, still works out at around £3 a model, which isn't bad. But yeah, i'd prefer, 30-35 as they're just orcs and shouldn't get slapped with the hero tax. I'm more conerned about the twilight wraiths, as i really want nine, but won't if they're £15 a pack as i'd rather have the two sets of kings and the diorama.

if I recall correctly these Orcs were already pretty expensive when they went OOP (I remember 72€ for all of them which was far too much for me when I was at school and also at the time you got 24 plastic orcs for 20€...). I wouldn't be surprised if they price them even higher.

I'd say plastic is all but guaranteed. All of the other major Good heroes from the Rohan/Isengard war are already in plastic (Theoden, Gandalf and the Three Hunters) and he doubles up with being one of the big heroes for Rohan in general (and for most of Gondor at War too). I'm not sure what else will get released though for it outside of redone models for old stuff outside of an extended Dunland range. Maybe new Saruman? Rest of it would be FW resin though not regular plastics

So the LOTR Made to Order minis are up. Prices look decent, I think?
https://www.games-workshop.com/searchResults?N=2512876101+2088619879#

They're also offering a "bundle" deal for all of them, for a savings of £0.
https://www.games-workshop.com/en-GB/Middle-Earth-MTO-Colelction-17-August-2019?_requestid=613866

Also, I may be confused, but I can't find them on the US site, only the UK site? Are US customers able to order these? (Maybe the website just hasn't updated for US customers yet?)

Gathering the Informations.

As is always the case, US preorders won't be up until 1pm Eastern.

Edit:
Sorry, that might have come off as snarky. It's a common thing that people might not know. Preorders for the US are always Saturday at 1pm Eastern. They can go up early(earliest is 12:35pm Eastern), but that hasn't been as common of late.

Orcs are a fiver cheaper than expected, the kings are wraiths a fiver more than expected. Which is annoying. Wanted three packs of the twilights, but on the fence about it now as well as the diorama. But still got the orcs and both sets of kings for now.

GW releases things according to time zones more or less. They come first available in australia and from there work their way out toward west. Ergo people who for some reason want to see prices etc of stuff ASAP are hitting F5 while on australian page America is so far west they get the stuff among last for orders.

You should be pleased dude, all 8 goblins at £20 probably made them the best valued set this time around.

Well worse price for euro buyers like me. Plus I already have more than enough bow goblins. I would actualy prefer if they had split h2h and bow gobbos to sets of 4 for 15£. Would make cheaper to get close combat gobbos for blackshield. 50£ for 8 blackshields and bunch of useless bow gobbos is pricey.

Do the armoured goblins represent a different statline in the game or are they just an alternate sculpt for the same statline represented by the plastics?

Just alternative sculpts. Though you could use them for captains to give them some more weight in game.

I didn't know, thank you for explaining! While I've painted a number of GW minis, I've never actually ordered from their website so I was unaware.

Edit:
The USD prices are higher than I was expecting. I have not played the game and don't own any of these minis currently, but I was considering buying some of these as a fan of LOTR. I've read about how GW uses different pricing in different countries ( AU, NZ ). Having never actually ordered from GW them directly I haven't done much comparing... £20 for Gandalf & Bilbo vs $35 USD is a pretty big jump. Likewise £30 vs $50 USD for the Casualty Pack. Disappointing.

Mostly pleasantly surprised by the prices overall; thinking back to the prices of the original blister packs these are barely more expensive. Twilight Wraiths do look off next to the Kings of Men/Dwarves however, and those Casulaties are so expensive I wouldn't even contemplate them for a moment. Mainly interested in the Orcs and maybe the Goblins however, though I am tempted by the Kings. Wasn't too keen on the Kings of Men at first, but they are rather nice sculpts, and might come in handy some day...

Well they were more expensive then I was hoping, but about what I was expecting.

Grabbed both set of orcs and the goblins. Would have loved to have gotten all of them, barring the hobbit stuff, but just couldn't justify spending $400+ on them.

New Bard, Tauriel and Legolas at Nova. I think that was an unreleased Bard previously, but brand new Legolas and Tauriel. Not sure by the wording if they're event exclusive or just available early.

Event exclusive and will have a 1 week made to order window on FW too.
Don’t worry too much if you didn’t make it to NOVA this year – these models will be available at other events we’re attending too. What’s more, on Friday, we’ll be giving everyone the chance to grab this heroic Middle-earth trio with a week-long Made to Order on the Forge World website – keep an eye out for more details later in the week.

Does anyone in the US want to split 2-3 packs of MTO Armored Moria Goblins? I do NOT want any of the archer goblins.

Thanks.

Some neat new minis - and curiously well painted. Must have someone else painting the LOTR line vs. the atrocious stuff we've been seeing on the other Forgeworld lines recently.
