OOC; It's what happens when I'm sitting at my house with nothing to do (bad weather and all that). I post on Dakka, especially here since this is sadly one of the brigher parts of my day.

Guardsmen can get them when they're willing to wait 2+ years for their order to be filled. Most die before that happens though.
