Oh, yes... They have guns that fire magnetically accelerated projectiles at hypersonic speeds, mounted on platforms faster, lighter, and stealthier than Leman Russ tanks, and still almost and well armored. A vast portion of their forces wear advanced battlesuits that can mount Dreadnought grade weaponry, and are many times cheaper than Astartes armor.
