I love you. I just got the Chaos Battalion box, and with all the sprues, I was able to make some nice terrain. With some leftover bits, I even made a few Objecive markers too.

While rolling a die, do not say, “Anything but a 1!” unless you wish the die to come up as 1. Any other such attempts to anger the “Dice Gods” will result in the existential equivalent of continuously flipping a coin and having it come up heads every time (for reference, see Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead). Your dice will be cursed to roll ones for everything other than morale checks, which will come up sixes.
ORK PLAYERS HAVE A LIMIT OF 1 SCREAMS OF WAAAAAAGH PER HOUR. violators will be forced to play tau.
Players with chimeras and las weapons shall pronounce chimera ki-mere-uh, not chim-ere-uh. Violators will be forced to play nothing but world eaters. Non-40k personnel must purchase and build a chimera. |

After reading this thread a while back i have gradually been making an Ork fort out of sprues and bits i find about the place. 99p store toys are always good to cut up and chuck on stuff as well, i have used a old toy lorry cut up which acts as a wall for my fort. The wheel mechanism I've turned into a Orky turret with rotating action !

As soon as I get home, i'm making siege cannons for my Dystopian wars-style steampunk battles. Ah, being cheap AND penniless at the same time means that it all looks great!
I might make a few barricades as well (basically a single strip of sprue on a base! Could cut it up to make zigzag lines of defences.) and maybe even some oil derricks and coal mines!

Why would you suggest this method if the person in question has no money? if you have ''no money'' you can't even buy the kits where the sprue's come with 
And if you can create a building or something similiar for free why would you spend an endless amount of cash?

Probably better would be to use little chunks a'la the Magineau line (I think I spelled that wrong). Tank traps.
