OOC: My most recent Fallout save, it took me two Fat Man headshots to kill the Courser in Greenetech Genetics. I'm running on that feat, the speed feat, and the absurd Fallout limb damage regen.
Of course, Institute weapons are complete gak, so that feat is in effect as well.
