Why does he hate the Sisters of Battle? For that matter, why does every writer hate them? I swear they get slaughtered in every other bit of fluff. I am afraid they might go the way of the Squats.

Because it makes them "overzealous martyrs" like they're supposed to be apparently.

Matt ward ruined the name of the crons, blood angels, and space marines. He hade the blood angels team up with necrons. He hade the grey knights team up with the ultramarines and have them not wipe their memory of them because they were "pure"
He hade the grey knights have a panrodoras box that who knows mabye has a string it it like the sponge bob episode for all we know. its just stupid! I have seen the man in person at gamesday and he is nice just he has no clue about fluff. rules he isnt as bad on. He was once a cron plyer n a old white dwarf issuse it mentions him getting beat by the ultras hardcore and he asks what army it was and statedplaying thus the decent into fanboyism. Most kids think he is really bad but its a matt ward band wagon. Yes he is terrible but it could be worse. Just look at world of warcraft with pandas.

Actually its just sexism they are one of my favorite army's to play. My girlfriend is obessed with fire so she plays them and slamanders for fun and I have to agree they are a fun, effective, and fluffy army.
Also the units are easy to paint and come with alot of fun template weapons. Mostly flame but some pie plates as well.

Sisters of Battle have been "getting slaughtered" quite often in fluff.
Why?
Because they don't know when to retreat and in some cases--they're simply too proud to call for aid. Look at the majority of the engagements the Sisters are portrayed in being a part of. Last stands, holdouts against forces that they have absolutely no way of defeating.

Yet they still do it. They can lose entire Orders and more will spring up. They are, effectively, unlimited by things like tactics or reasonable casualties. If the Emperor wills it--then by the Emperor, it'll be done!

Don't recall the one about Grey Knights and Ultramarines. And besides, they might not necessarily need wiping. After all, how many lower citizens are they going to talk to randomly about Grey Knights? The "Pandora's box" really isn't one. Sure, we don't know what it does exactly, but it isn't just going to be a piece of string.

As for it being stupid, well that's your opinion. I like his fluff, though it could be better written. Although I see your (popular) point on Necrons allying with Blood Angels. The "Ultramarine love" was apparently far worse in the 4th edition codex.
