The fourth book will be a distinctly xenos affair, however. We’ll have more on that next year, along with news on the rest of the series
This can be interpreted as we'll have more on the 4th and as well as more news on the rest of the other books in the series. I don't think it necessarily implies that there are more books after these 4.

Only now saw these reveals. Yet more cultists, nice! I am really tempted to start a modest cultist based CSM force.. That's already how many plastic cultist kits, if we count the Kill Team Moroch & BSF ones? 5? 6?!
Just add one actual Chaos Space Marine as their leader.. In a suitable Cataprachtii/Tartaros TDA maybe

A little bit mad that they had a preview on Friday/Saturday but didn't mention a Dungeonbowl expansion was also out the following weekend.

And each book is named after a specific character, so what character could it be, and could it be an excuse to release an updated plastic character model? Like, Asurmen? Baharoth? Farsight?
None of these would necessitate new (matched play) rules, but would shift something from metal/resin into plastic.

You spend a weird amount of time discussing me rather than the topic. Go find something else to do. You'll be happier for it.
Merely a passing thought.
Put me back on Ignore please.
The 4th Omen in the Bible is the Devourer of the Earth. So either Nids' or World Eaters would be my guess.
1 - Chaos/Abaddon is back
2 - Demon appears
3 - War
It took me years to figure out his communication style (I know, I'm slow) but nowadays I feel ICBM isn't mean-spirited; he just uses colorful language to communicate. Which IMO is pretty preferable to individuals who always crop up using such language and very much meaning it (not referring to you or anyone in particular, to be clear).

While true, they also tend to lose focus very quickly and let more than one great thing/game/arc/etc die on the vine.
They are about the quick hit, FOTM, boost profit now and not long term.
As long as they keep hitting that mark over and over, with ever increasing prices, they don't need to support or sustain any one thing long term.

I hold out hope that they do them more like the AoS campaign books, which have been a joy so far*.

Summer is 10th so these will be out way before. As per WHC first will come before christmas so in by 11.12 we ought to have announcement latest.

No way of knowing about the art yet, but the index page leaves me with the impression that this series is going to be more Psychic Awakening than Gathering Storm. If we're unlucky, we won't even get a full story out of it and it's just a setup for the current state of things like Psychic Awakening was.
My opinion on the quality of GW books hasn't changed, but if it had, Arks of Omen looks like something I'd still be wary of buying.

Yeah, no real reason this couldn't be one really big book, with full boarding action rules and a complete story. A modern-day Warhammer Siege expansion.
