Right now, I have 40 Ork Boyz, 10 Nobz, 6 Deffkoptas and a headless Warboss, all from Black Reach.

I am diving in on the deep end and starting a Stompa. A crude cardboard body with a round electrical junction box for the head and two smaller square ones for the feet. I'm planning on using the contents of a WFB movement tray for the necessary girders to support the PVC pipe guns, and the flad plasticard sections will be used somewhere. It's strange that at the Home Labrynth store I went to for the supplies, they will gladly cut lumber but if you ask them to cut foam or pipe, they all of a sudden look like a deer in the headlights. I didn't even bother trying to tell them why I was buying the stuff, it would have most likely sent them into seizures. I also bought a disposable camera, so pics WILL follow shortly.

Okay, thanks. Yeah, I've writen a Organisation charter similar to the example in the new SM codex. I'm writing a bit about the histroy of the Chapter next.
