after about pg 34 i skipped to pg 75.
this is almost a plea rather than a sugesstion as i am too nooby to do so.
you apparently have a chronus techmarine to repaint.
i would love to see one with a jump pack if you have a spare.
and possibly drill a hole in the pack and attach it to a flying base.

@Nash - Course, Only 14 more terminators, 5 PAGK's marines, 5 Purifiers, a dreadnaught, a dreaknight, Crowe, an GM and Hector rex left to go.

@Graven - Whats also pretty nice, at a 2ft distance it looks like the gold is shining

@M.K - Thank you

@Gits - Thanks

@ATSKNF - The only Chronus I have left to paint is the tank commander version I completed the standing trooper version already (see below)

Spoiler:

Update: base colors done

You know Knightley... your consistency of excellence is just truly inspiring. That means it's time for you to start experimenting with some new techniques. You could play around with some OSL for example... or perhaps some NMM (or TMM) techniques. I think you're more than ready.

Also, you miniature should be on its (hopefully safe) way soon. We've had bad weather here, incuding floods and even tornadoes up north...

Very nice Knightley
I agree with Gits I think you should dip your toe into these other techniques. I'm sure you'll pull them off well

@Gits - Agreed, I think I may see what models I have after this push and throw in a random model with different techniques to break up the see of grey. I did enjoy doing the Mentor Captain for Graven with the OSL and weathering on him

Spoiler:

@M.K - Yeah you guys are getting hammered over there, hope everything is safe for you and your family.

@ATSKNF - Thanks, Matt's link to the page shows the step by step for how I do them

@Nash - I'm definitely consider it

Update: New Terminator started

Yeah... do some more of those. It's clear you've mastered your current set of techniques. Time to expand your horizons a bit.

Mostly, on my phone.

I'm with gits. Owning that model ( ), and the GK grand master you did for me ( ) I would really like to see the culmination of your skills. Bigger, better, faster (or at least paint-i-er), more!

@Gits - Agreed, though I still have to get through another 5000 points of GK/SM on top of that. Thoughts as to what model/army/game should be up next?

@M.K - Sweet that's good to hear

@Graven - like a monstrous creature perhaps? an eldar skimmer/wraithlord?

@Norn - Absolutely I plan on doing a GK army shot then SM Army shot then a combined army shot, just want to get through this push

Update: First stage grey done

And in other news. My long time girlfriend is pregnant, so in about 6-7 months I'll be a dad, really stoked about that.

Actually, I didn't mean to suggest changing armies, just expanding your tool selection ( so to speak)
