Sadly however, they're in German. I 'spose GW UK will get their act together eventually. And the Imperator is nuts!

Heh. Okay, I can't really read German, but here's what I get from the datasheet for the Imperator: it's 4000 points and when you play it, you win.
More seriously, though, I'm actually surprised that it only has a rear armor of 14. WHAT? A Land Raider has better rear armor than it does?! Granted, it has 12 structure points and 8 void shields, but seriously only a rear armor of 13? Come on. It's the biggest Titan in the Imperium and you only give it a 13 for rear armor?

Compared to the one from the Titan Legions, it looks a *little* underpowered. Only 8 shields? Only a 52-model transport capacity instead of an infantry company in each leg (plus troops on the upper fortress area)? I don't know the rules for Carapace Weapons (Carapaxwaffen?) but nothing in that list looked like "battlecannon" and the Imperator should have 4 battlecannon towers. Also seems to be missing the AA-mount Defence Laser.
At least the primary weapons (Hellstorm Cannon and Plasma Annihilator) sound about right.
The "Verhangnis-Raketenwerfer" sounds like some sort of rocket launcher, but the Imperator didn't have any noticeable missile weapons. Is this datasheet meant to cover the Warmonger-class titan as well?
*sigh* This makes me want to play Epic now. Nothing like allocating plasma counters, or beating back Ork Stormboyz that used their jump packs to close assault the carapace towers.

The Imperator in Titan Legions tended to rely on its void shields for protection (IME). I don't know how they work in 40k/ Apoc but the Imperator had 12 shields, and could repair downed ones every turn on a 6, 5+ if you used an extra point of plasma. It was fairly easy to shrug off the full weight of fire from a Mega-Gargant without having your shields knocked down.
Sure, it rolled 2D6 for armor saves (everything else in the game rolled 1D6), but when you start eating shots from some of the larger Ork gargant cannons it doesn't help much.

Rough translations of both tanks and Imperator are up in the comments at Bell of Lost Souls. And being able to read German, the Imperator is pretty underpowered compared to the Titan Legions version. I can't believe that the Plasma Annihilator doesn't have a setting that fires strength D shots!

@hbmc: why not ask for translation?
1) Imperator:
Transport capacity is 52 models per leg = 2x52
The ML is an upscaled variant of the Warlords weapon.
2) Tanks:
Stormlord still has NO front heavy bolter :(
More to follow.

Translating the datasheet:
 The Tanks:
all SHT use the baneblade statline: AV/SP/BS.Only the stormlord costs more, other are equal to the shadowsword in points.
All tanks: Standard gear is searchlight + smoke launcher. Optional IG options are H-K missile, stormbolter, heavy stubber.
Banehammer
Transport capacity = 25 models. Fire points = 10 models may shoot. Embark/disembark = open topped.
Weapons:
-hull mounted Main weapon ( R=60", S=8, Ap= 3, ord 1 / 7" blast / primary / *"earthquake" )
-hull mounted HB
-2 sponsons ( lascannon + either HeavyBolter or HeavyFlamer)
* main weapon usage:
Position the template as normal. Set a marker under the hole. From there its a zone of 4d6" affected by the special rule.
"every unit moving through will treat it as difficult Terrain. Vehicles will treat it as dangerous Terrain. (this Includes skimmers!)."
Options:
-replace sponsons with armor = side Av 14
-or add 2nd set of sponsons (lasc. + either HF or HB) at +100
Banesword
weapons:
-hull mounted main weapon ( R= 24-180", S=9, Ap=3, ord 1 / barrage / 10" blast / primary)
-hull mounted front TL- HB
-set of sponsons with: lasc + either HF or HB
Options:

Doomhammer

Weapons:
-hull mounted main weapon ( R= 120", S= titankiller ( D?), Ap= 2, ord 1 / 5" blast / TK* / primary
-set of sponsons ( lasc. + either HF or HB)
Options:
-replace sponsons with armor = side Av 14
-or add 2nd set of sponsons (lasc. + either HF or HB) at +100
-may exchange lascannon turret (sponsons) with targeters = +1 BS
-may add hull mounted HB at +25
-upgrade to HQ ( morale check reroll 24" ) at +25
Stormlord
Transport= 40 models. fire points= 20 models may shoot. embark/disembark= open topped.
weapons:
-hull mounted main weapon ( R= 60", S= 6, Ap= 3, Heavy 15 / primary
-hull mounted front TL- HB
-set of sponsons (lasc + either HB or HF )
Options:
-replace sponsons with armor = side Av 14
-or add 2nd set of sponsons (lasc. + either HF or HB) at +100
-redirect power: shoot twice when not moved. ( same or different target).
Stormsword
Weapons:
-hull mounted main weapon ( R=36", S= 10, Ap=1, Ord 1 / 10" blast / primary / ignores cover (saves)
-hull mounted front HB
-set of sponsons ( heavy Flamer + either HF or HB)
Options:
-replace sponsons with armor = side Av 14
-or add 2nd set of sponsons (lasc. + either HF or HB) at +100
-exchange HeavyFlamers (1st set of sponsons) with lascannons at +20
-upgrade front HB to TL at +5
-upgrade to HQ ( morale check reroll 24")
The Imperator Titan:
Super-heavy walker
SP= 12
Void = 8
statline: identical to Warlord, except +3 attacks.
estimated size = 3,5-4 times a warhound (heigth). Warlord is shown as 2,5x height of the Warhound,so maybe 4 is right.
Transport:
-every leg may carry up to 5 units, max Models = 52. ( so its 10 units/104models)
-embark/disembark= models have to be 2" around the leg (their appropriate transport leg!)
Weapons:
Carapace
-6 choices from the list used by the Warlord ( all of them) and the Warhound ( only Inferno-mega-cannon and Vulcan-mega-bolter ).
Arms:
-2 choices from the following:
- "Heavy plasma annihilator" , 2 fire-modi.
-N°1 = R=96", S=8, Ap=2, Ord 6 / 7" blast / primary
-N°2 = R=120", S=8, Ap=2, Ord 3 / 10" blast / primary
-"Hellstorm cannon".
- R= 96", S=9, Ap=3, Ord 8 / 7" blast / primary
-"vergelter-geschütz" ( retaliator?) , R= 360", S= titankiller ( S=D?) , Ap=2, Heavy 4 / 7" blast / primary / TK
-"verhängnis RW" (disaster? ML), R= 36-540", S=8, Ap=3, Apoc barrage (10) / primary / NOT scattering
the last 2 are hard to translate since both may be new, I can't find anything similar (40k,epic).
Special rules:
- explosion identical to Warlord, except range is 8d6".
- carapace Weapons minimum range is 36"
- earth shaking movement: "all units, except SHV or Gigantic creatures, will treat a zone of 12" around the feet of the Imperator as
difficult Terrain."
1) stormlord corrected
2) imperator changed? weapon config of epic doesn't seem to be there.
3) sadly a "blackened" drawing (outline) of the Titan. Why not give us a CAD?
4) now i know the biggest plastic kit GW should aim for.

The Imperitor has been gealded.
Talk about a nutered vehicle, they pulled its stuff right off. Whoever wrote that one up hasn't played Titan Legions, its painfully, knee slammingly obvious.
The little thing about the mass on this thing can make it a heck of a fun game, but with that datafax, it seems a little nonstarter for my taste.
Once saw one of these that someone made, it stood up to a grown mans hip, and they played the game on a Gym floor.
Just so Im clear, this is the titan that I'm speaking about-
The warhound doesn't even come up to its hip.
