When the Planet Strike rumors started, what 2 years ago? , the word was PS meant Valkyries, drop pods and a Thunderhawk.

I believe the T-hawk is still coming (because Space Marines! that's why) but what else might it mean?

Ruleswise anyone have any info, speculation, wish lists?

Thunderbolts, baby, Thunderbolts. (Or at least I can wish.) I think this is when we'll see the release of the IG Stormtroopers (to go in Valks) as well as Hydras (for shooting down pesky fliers!)

Man, I wish there was a real Black Library where I could get a Black Library Card and take out Black Library Books without having to buy them. Of course, late fees would be your soul. But it would be worth it. - InquisitorMack

Forgeworld... hehehe

Seriously, Gargoyles for Tyranids would be nice. For Eldar Swooping hawks or Warpspiders because they need the models and I want these units and I only buy them if they have new models so they have to make them. See, that was a logical argument.

One might look forward to a plastic Warhound titan. A quick look at forgeworld will confirm that the weapon options on the resin kit have been slashed recently. Could we see plastic super heavies for each army soon? Only time will tell.

Umm... no, they haven't. If you're referring to the Mars Pattern Warhound, it NEVER had options, as the Lucius Pattern Weapons aren't compatible with the Mars Chassis. Both Lucius Pattern Warhounds have all their previous options, too.

it'd be cool if they could do plastic gargoyles with just a wing & gun sprue so you can use the current guants plus the wing sprue and that's all ya need.

I've actually started using SST Ripplar swarms (9 per box). Extra fleshborer bits, a little filing, and presto 9 gargoyles. I'm not sure if the boxes are for sale anymore, I've picked two up from ebay.

Wishlist:
-Thunderhawk+parts to build also the transport.

Speculation:
-CoD buildings. A "planetstrike" needs terrain,so maybe 3x plastic kits?
-flyer rules. Maybe a small aircraft for everyone (Imps, kaos, space elfs, space commies, space hooligans) ?

I don't think we'll see Gargoyles released for Planetstrike.

I think there will be a range of releases across various races with the emphasis on planetary assaults.

Also new terrain/buildings/defences.

I hate/love you Brimstone. Everything you say is more often then not the pure truth right out of some developers mouth or your working table OR/AND you say such things like "I think that..." and you really just think that without anything to back it up.

I'd like to see an Eldar Vampire or the like, but that's just wishful thinking. Like Schepp, I'd love to see new Hawks and Spiders...

Landing pad is NOT confirmed but you can see it in the 5th edition book and it seems a logical addition.

A plastic Corvis lander would make me very happy, as would a thunderbolt.

So are we sure there's no plastic STs for initial IG launch?
