I see some giant monster woke up...

They're nothing, really. They help you forget things. With the minor possible side effects of increased chance of synapse degeneration, brain aneurisms, moderate to severe brain damage, and complete loss of functional emotions.
I also have vials that prevent you from forgetting things. Jury's out on which ones are more useful.

Oh, yes. I also have perception-altering vials to counter infohazards, vials that enhance psychic focus, and vials that give people temporary shapeshifting abilities. Trials are still underway. So far, the shapeshifting pills have only driven 12% of test subjects homicidally insane.
