Theron and Snyder walked into the other medical room, spying two assistants helping Patrick up, but failing several times.

"Stop, stop!" Theron shouted, seeing the look of discomfort on Patrick's face.

They put him down on the bed in a sitting position, they had clearly been trying and failing for a while.

"Can't you give him a wheelchair or something?" Snyder asked, concerned

"Yes, I suppose we could spare one to give you" the girl sighed, going to get one from a closet

"We are leaving. Immediately." Patrick said, weary.

"But-" Snyder started

"No!" Patrick said, irritated, showing a rare moment of frustration

Snyder closed his mouth, seeing that Patrick was in no mood to argue.

They helped Patrick into a wheelchair, finally putting his body at some sort of rest.

They got outside of the building, seeing Jennifer giving orders to a soldier in the middle of the encampment, going over to her.

"We are leaving, Ma'am. We appreciate your help very much." Snyder said, smiling

"Yes...thank you for the information. Hopefully you won't get shot at again any time soon" she said, clearly tired herself

"Your vehicle has been repaired slightly and filled up with gas. Feel free to grab some ration packs." she finished

"Thank you" Patrick started "Kill Tombstone if you have the chance...he is insane at this point, and danger to Halon."

"Yes...I would like that as well..." She muttered, motioning them away

They mounted up, laying Patrick in the back, stretched out.

Theron got in the drivers seat, while Snyder rode shotgun, they started up the car and started to move out of the compound. Jennifer motioned to let them out.

Jennifer walked over to the open window where Patrick was sitting

"Make sure we don't meet again.....for your sake" she said, her voice dripping with venom

They rumbled out of the encampment, Theron waving out the window to Jennifer.

"Where to, Captain?" Theron questioned

"North, to past day New York...he will be there" Patrick said

"Who is he, tough guy?" a girly voice from the back sounded.

I honestly have to say,that with the exception of you making a run for it. ( FACE ME DAMN YOU!!!),this is one of the best RPs you've written.
Your honestly adding some depth to Patrick in showing his vulnerability...nicely done.

To sort out the confusion.. or at least attempt to catalogue it..

After ghosty's post, I thought it was morning on DAY 5.

But then FITZZ said it had only been 6-7 hours..

Then everyone got confuzzled and I assumed we'd gone with 6-7 hours.. but if you're going to say we're on DAY 5 morning.. I'll go with it.

@Scrazza/sillyboy/kias - you guys might just want to get holed up somewhere, have your dudes sleep/go on patrol shifts in somewhere 'safe' and then by the time your characters wake up it'll be present time.

The truck suddenly came to a halt. Smoke coming from it's engine.

Yerith cursed as he stept out of the truck. He quickly popped the hood. A big plume of smoke appeared.

Yerith coughed as he took a look. "Goddamm*t, the -insert engine part- is toasted" He said to robbie. "Can you fix it?"

"Yea, but it's going to take a while. Cause i don't have the neccesary tools." "Wel start then, I don't wanna spent the rest of my life here." "Yes, boss."

Robbie stept out the truck. He looked at the flatbed behind them. "Why did the truck died on this place." he tought. The truck blocked the road, so to just switch from vehicle wouldn't help.

"Come out guys." Robbie said to the people on the back of the truck. "It looks like we are going to be here a while."

"How long?" "I don't have a clue." The group sighed as they jumped out of the truck. "Shouldn't we check the area for zeds?" Dietn asked. Robbie nodded.

"Okay, Carter, fox and Falco lets move out."

rp 2:

Fox and Dietn sat by the campfire. They volunteered to take the first watch. They had check the surroundings.

Finding no evidence of zeds. But also no traces of animals. Dietn didn't felt good about that. Why weren't ther any animals around?

Fox sipped from the bottle, passing the little that was left over to Dietn. He took the bottle and drunk it empty. He enjoyed the warm, fuzzy feeling inside him.

"I still owe you that kiss, don't I." It took Dietn some time to give an answer, his cheeks starting to blush. "Ah....don't mention it, it was a stupid bet anyway." "No." she said, while looking in his eyes. "you've won fair and square" and she kissed him. Dietn was taken by suprise, but quickly kissed her back. His heart pounding fast.

"Sorry to interrupt" Carter said walking to the campfire. Fox and dietn quickly stopt kissing. "Oh...um....it's not.....u."

"Don't worry" Carter said. "I saw nothing. Why don't you kids get some sleep. I just talked to Yerith. we'll be up and running in about 2 hours."

Carter looked at the kids who quickly felt a sleep, laying next to eachother. He streched his hands out above the campfire. Looking into the flames. Remembering the time he once knew love.

.....you have to very careful with RP romances...very often it ends with the object of your characters affections eaten by zeds...or shot full of holes...or dying in some other horrible way.

....you know who to blame.

Wasting no time,Deadman rapidly set about constructing a dozen Chlorine gas bombs,he wished he could make more...but time simply wouldn't allow it,they would just have to make these count.

The biker figured that,coupled with the fragmentation pipe bombs,the gas bombs would serve their purpose.

Deadman moved over to the second table to check the progress there,Ajax and Scratch had continued to produce virus rounds,while Cutter was busily filling magazines with the lethal bullets.

Cutter looked over at Deadman " I've got a couple dozen mags for MP5s loaded up,plus a few dozen for both Beretta 9mm and Colt 1911...I've marked all the "blood mags" with a strip of red tape...so we won't get them mixed up with standard loads."

Deadman nodded and placed a couple of boxes of .12 gauge 00 buck shot on the table " Finish the rounds your working on...then do these..." the biker placed a large syringe on the table " Draw up the blood...injected into the top of the shell...then wax it...the spread pattern on the buckshot should insure a nice lethal hail of virus covered fun."

Scratch nodded...." Just doing the last batch of .45 now man...how many shells you want?"

Deadman shook his head " Try for a hundred...but work quick...we're running out of time."

The biker paused and smiled..a brilliant idea entering his mind,he quickly snatched up the remaining explosives from the nearby table and rushed for the door. " I'll be back...hurry up with those shells." he said.

I prefer the terms "Walker" or "Ghoul"...I even like "Stench's",but "Zed"...at least AFAIK came into use in the film "Shaun of the Dead."

Remember the rain... so pretty much everyone is inside.

So.. we're agreed that for the campers and co. it's about 9:00 AM on Day 5? That means there's been plenty of time for supplying a Terrorist organisa- I mean, making defensive weaponry.

Ghouls is the most common, or perhaps after undead. Zombie is surprisingly uncommon because it just makes you want to laugh when we think about the undead.


By the way, there's going to be a nice little surprise (yes, another one! ) this weekend.. with any luck.. and it bodes ill for you all.

My RP romance ended in Rachel getting squished. Anyway sorry for the delay of me getting back online, its just as I have said before, I am at bording school so I do have commitments quite a lot. But I do try and slot something in whenever I can. So @Sillboy if you ask me something like in the morning or something don't wait for me really as normally you won't get an answer until about 4ish.

Also..." Ghouls" was the term used for zombies in the film that for all intents and purposes started the "zombie apocalypse" genre.

Yes, Romero's original "Trilogy" were Night of the Living Dead(1968),Dawn of the Dead (1978) and Day of the Dead (1984),these three films IMO are the standard by witch all zombie films are judged.

They also provided much of the "established knowledge" concerning zombies...if anyone has NOT seen these films,I would urge them to do so.

RP:

Falco was standing a bit further away from their little camp. He was told by Carter that he should go to sleep, but he couldn't, his head was too full of thoughts.
Both Tank and Jun had died in thier last zombie encounter. Thier numbers were decreasing fast. How long would it be until finally it was his life that was taken away?

Also he had seen the kids Dietn and Fox earlier, could him and Rachel have been like that if she had lived, or should he have stayed behind instead? Falco couldn't get Rachel's death out of his head.

Also, he did'nt want anybody else to notice his thoughts, it could make him look weak, and distracted from the task at hand. He may be able to hide his facial emotions, and being silent stopped people finding out that way, but he couldn't hide his bodily movements.

He took his knife out, and cleaned it, then stared at his reflection in it. Then he saw the skull mask that had been given to him so very long ago.

BIC:...

Halon leaned back in his chair " We'll need a fourth man in the tank." he said..." And, I believe we should leave Mace behind."

" Huh?" Mace said with some surprise " That's gak...I'm more than up for taking these feths on."

Halon looked over and Mace " That's my point Mace...we need to have competent leaders back here as well...in case they somehow avoid us and hit the camp while were rushing off to engage them....your more than qualified to take command here."

Tombstone nodded " Halons right man...you've spent the most time with his people as well...you know them and they respect you...your the best choice to command in our absence."

Mace nodded.." Ok...I'll hold the fort..."

" Good" Halon said " I'll feel alot better with you in charge back here."

Hog looked at Halon and Tombstone and spoke " I don't have a problem rolling with you all....but I need to speak to Keira...we..we had some problems the last time I saw her...and..I just need to talk with her."

Tombstone looked at Halon,and lowered his head.

" What is it Stone." Hog said..his voice rising " Did something happen to Keira?!"

That RP post was just really to explain Falco's feelings and thoughts.

And I picked up the word Zed from "shaun of the dead" i think. It's an awesome movie, oh and zombieland is also good.

I dunno. Go ask Scrazzman about Fox, he created her of course.

But Dietn might want to reconsider.. she was ridin' with inbreds before, and who knows what's ridin' with her now.

I don't know why...but the idea of someone contracting an STD in the middle of a zombie apocalypse is extremely funny to me.
