alright, as we all know, theres been a pretty long lull in the fighting, and im just wondering if anyone knows if theres any rumors when the next hive fleet is going to hit, or when abbadon's launching his next crusade, or maybe the next waghhhh!, or hell who knows... maybe the tau will actually man up and do something for once, and im pretty shure its self explanitory that the IG and space marines will be on the recieving end of the whole shabang... but i did forget one thing... dark eldar will probably be the ones to destroy everything(sarcastic)

Actuly I'm looking forward to Abbadabbadoodons next crusade,seems every time he goes happy assing around Cadia Orkz benifit,remember what happened in the Scarus sector during the last "Black crusade".

According to 5th ed rulebook fluff, a major Chaos incursion is happening from the Eye of Terror right 'now' (at least now being the latest point in canon time-line, on the eve of M42).

He's long dead. LOOOOONG dead. They burned his body too after trying to clone him. The ones who haven't done anything yet are the Necrons. They sent like 2 ships across the galaxy without going through Warpspace (Warpspace travel is the fastest we have and that takes weeks. They did it in days.) and almost got to Mars to break out the Void Dragon. Now you have to understand, this is the single most defended place in the galaxy, and 1 of the ships almost touched the atmosphere of Mars. Necrons could very well wipe out Terra if they got their act together.

i didnt think necrons could move through the warp, but it would be pretty cool if there was a big necron attack

Necrons wont travel the warp because the C'tan fear it entirely its their bane so they didnt go by warp travel

No, Necrons won't travel in the warp because they know Sly Marbo can still follow them there and tell Chuck Norris and Mr. T where they are.

Its not going to be this summer is it. They're just focussing on the release of planet strike. which will be cool too!!

Abaddon fails at Crusades. Orks are more likely to form togethor and destroy the galaxy than Abaddons is on having a successful Crusade.

It could revolve around Wazdakka....with planet strike coming out and waz's plan of uniting the galaxy in one giant waaagh they could make a campaign out of that! Orks don't care who they fight against, even other orks! Plus it'd be great to have a campaign around an ork who isn't ghaz!

...Ahem... Sorry about that, anyhow. It IS very close fluff wise for warhammer 40000 to become warhammer 41000 (we are up to the year 99967something.M41) and the last thing in the 5th editon rulebook storyline was pretty much chaos doing another crusade on cadia. Could cadia fall storywise on planetstrike? who knows?

I honestly think theyre (games workshop) will build it up really big, and include all races possibe, and find ways to milk all the money possible out of it
(new books, models?, rules, paint kits)
you all know they will drain our pockets dry...
but, hell, at least we all know that the imperium will wipe up the field just like they do in everything
