He did indeed intoe perhaps one of the coolest quotes of "Machine, heal thyself" but that in itself does not make him the Machine-God. He is the most powerful psyker, human-genius and warlord to ever grace the cosmos. But he alone is not the Omnissiah.
Also, I dislike the idea of the Emperor and Primarchs being used in a "Chalk of Fate" context. lol

Ha, well im not a fluff master so i tkae what bits i know and correctly or incorrectly make assumptions.
But the point of that story was for the Rhana Dandra, the End times, what ever you want to call it. Where every race gets its super unit or what not. But me being a marine player for over 8 years and their fluff encapsulating me the most, im seriously biased 
Oh i hate the fact that the Heresy occured and that the Emperor who was supposed to be stronger than the might of all 4 chaos gods could of been fooled by them -.-

I don't think he's neccasarily stronger, I think they had never encountered anything like him before.
The Emperor is a Godhead for the human race, but he is neither infallable or invincible (it's said the Void Dragon wounded him before he imprisoned him on Mars, and the Void Dragon was in a weakened state).
And the Chaos Gods do not exist in terms of constant strength or weakness. Their power waxes and wains, and at the time of the heresy was one of the times they were at their most powerful.
I love the old God-Emperor too, but I know in the vastness of the cosmos he has equals and betters ^^

Hmm you must brun heretic! lol
sorry im just biased for the Emperor and the Imperium, if i had it my way, the Emperor would be alive as a God, all twenty primarchs loyal with legions of millions of marines..but then that doesn't make for a godo story..im just bitter towards any non Imperial(especially marines and the Emperor) faction

Gork and Mork are ownage. Read DLS post about them roughing up Khorne lol. I liked that, despite having a khornate daemon horde and alot of beserkers in my Black Legion csm army.

This is a cool thread, that manages to make things interesting while keeping everyone at roughly the same 'level'. Can we keep it that way? Enough of the fanaticism, if the Emperor died then humans would survive, the Imperium as it stands would not, just as the Imperium as it was pre-Heresy did not survive the Emperor being forced into the Golden Throne in the first place.
