Were you suggesting that me not changing my vote is proof that I might be a Genestealler. Ever stop to think, before you're little rampage of elitism, that it might have been that the others didn't seem scummy enough to me and I logically voted for the most likely at the time. However, that has changed now, first you try to drop the hammer on someone who hasn't even bothered to try to defend themselves properly yet (although he might be a Genestealler it might have just been a failed joke). Which would lead to an early lynch leading to a greater chance at it being mistake. Also it would cut down day one a bit, this day is used to get a basic understanding of the other players; looking for signs of suspicion, patterns emerging before it's too late to react, etc.

Then it even looks like you're trying to plant the seeds of chaos, by trying to raise the hysteria of the group and sending us into panicked voting. Which always benefits the Genesteallers. Now I know you're "experiment" was originally set out to prove that some people are Genesteallers, but you have to remember that it is far to early to have any proof worthy of sharing with the others. At this point the only way to prove who is a Genestealler is to be a Genestealler. Your "experiment" did nothing but make you look more suspicious. You claim to know and even have proof who the possible Genesteallers are, but you do not share it with the loyalists so we can remove them, thus making you more suspicious again.

Looking back, Drk_O's suspicion was simply caused by his randomness. Your's is the first to have something more to back it up than just a guess.

n0t_u makes a good point. But I still find it hard to believe that a genestealer would make such an obvious and failed attempt at this kind of ploy. the_ferret should still explain himself though. Properly.

My experiment fails in the explanation part merely because it relied on gut feeling, people's reactions to false bravado and a fair deal of what I would do if I were innocent and I saw it done. It was a test to see whther Lord Loss and Emporer's Faithful would react the same way or opposite to what evidence has shown they act like. So yes, please excuse that that makes know sense and has no real ompha to anyone bar me. That said, yes they did act completely rationally and logically and as such its my personal opinion they are Imperial. Does this satisfy curiousity?

I'm very suspicious of the_ferret because of his actions trying to lynch Dark_O and also of DLS as he was egging the lynch on. I'm also still suspicious of Dark_O for being all over the place causing havoc. However, from my previous experiences with him in the camp, I would chalk that up to jungle fever more than anything. (OOC:: He did this in the last game he was in.)

There is one person that I feel to be fairly trustworthy at the moment, but I don't want to say anything that might make them a target.

I am still interested that Dark Lord Seanron has not explained himself when I demanded he be called to account for his attempt to stir things up and egg on an early Drk_O lynch.

Lord Loss is against a quick lynch and seems to be the voice of reason amongst the Imperials (me being more zealous in the pursuit of genestleaers myself). As it is I trust him, his defence of the both Drk_O and the_ferret, both of which I am none too sure are genestealers, has won over my confidence.

@Lord Loss: I'm with you on this one, would you care to join me in adding pressure on Dark Lord Seanron?

@Vulkan_He'stan: Would you care to explain who you find so suspicious and why? Keeping it to yourself is not really going to help us much.

Do to Pych waves, I belive that the smartest ones go first, do to their threat to the xenos. Unless they are xenos, then they will kill the smartest of us. I fear that this ferret is a xeno, then most of us will die. We don't want that. Vote the_ferret

That logic is fail.

Do to Pych waves, I belive that the smartest ones go first, do to their threat to the xenos. Unless they are xenos, then they will kill the smartest of us.

This makes sense (but is not always true, the Xenos killed me first in our last round, mostly as an attempt to implicate Thor who I was arguing with).

However, this:

I fear that this ferret is a xeno, then most of us will die. We don't want that. Vote the_ferret

Makes no sense whatsoever, how did you make the jump that if xenos kill smart people, the_ferret must be a xenos. as of yet no one has died. This seems like a poor attempt to get the_ferret bandwagon rolling again.

*Frowns at his accusers as if annoyed but tolerant*

I've been in this sorta' situation before boys, mack on ol' Gethis Prime. One of our Lads had been goin' around stealin' from the others, and everyone was accusing here and there. Obviusly the principle is the same, but this situation is much more dire.

There is no rhyme or reason at the beginning of these proceedings. We don't know enough about each other, our habits and our prejudices yet, so we cannot make an informed decision.

I based my vote on what I could see at the time, that Dark_oblitr8r was being a giddy fool. In my mind, that's suspicious behaviour, acting like a fool to hide malicious intent. Until I see something or someone more suspicious, then I'm stickin' with my vote. I wnot be cowed by people who are no more important or informed than I am!

You seem to be very tolerant of lynching innocent! Too tolerant with you ask me. Its not likely that we will lynch a traitor. But if we are careful, we may get one

If being in the Guard teaches you something, it's that Innocents will die, it is our lot in life. The sooner we accept that, the better we will solve this mystery.

But we can stop innocents dying. Also lynching him there and then, like you wanted is against what the Imperials want.

We have lots of suspicous people here now.

The_Ferret: Testing some strange 'expriment' on us. SUSPICOUS.

Dark Lord Seanron: Doesnt care about lynching innocents. SUSPICOUS.

Vulkan He'stan: Last (before the_ferret) to vote for Drk_Oblit. SUSPICOUS.

OOC: There is no magic system, no matter what you do the first day lynch usually comes down to luck. Unless the Genesteallers are really really bad. Just vote for whoever seems like the most scummiest at the time, but still continue to look at everyone else as if they could slip up at any moment and become the best target. The longer the first day goes the better though.

But very unlikely to be a genestealer ploy. It put him in the spotlight far too much.

Dark Lord Seanron: Doesnt care about lynching innocents. SUSPICOUS.

Not in itself no, it has been said that it's very unlikely that we'll get a genestealer right off the bat. But his eagerness to see anyone get lynched now IS suspicious.

Vulkan He'stan: Last (before the_ferret) to vote for Drk_Oblit. SUSPICOUS.

Actually, I believe that was me. But I believe I'd made it clear that I merely wanted Drk_O to explain himself, and prodded him with a vote.

Vulkan is suspicious becuase he offers no explanation to any of his actions or statements. I understand he might be keeping his cards low, but this doesn't really help the Imperial side. It helps you, not the team. In fact, one might assume that he's a genestealer lurking on the side, letting the Imperials tear each other apart.

@Lord Loss: Drk_O and the_ferrets actions are far too, for want of a better word, 'clumsy' to be part of a genestealers plan. I am now much more suspicious of those who stand on the sidelines, offering little to the conversation, posting as rarely as possible. A genestealer (on the first day at least) would probably not want to throw themselves into the fray but sit on the sidelines and egg the Imperials on, yet not actually saying anything of credit or helpful advice. This is why I find DLS so suspicious, and you so trustworthy. By defending two canditates for a quick-lynch you have done the opposite of what DLS was doing and the opposite of what a genestealer would want on the first day.

The_Ferret could infact be a genestealer who is using himself to distract us from Drk_Oblit. This is a possible, as he has distracted everyone from Drk_Oblit. Im keeping my eye on both of them. To make sure, no more stunts like this are pulled.

DLS doesnt care about lynching innocents or getting discussion in. He seems way to eager to be a normal citizen.
