This wouldn't qualify, my one roomie cannot cook rice... soaked and seasoned, recooked and all and its still crunchy. Other roomies want me to do all the cooking, still negotiating my pay.

My old housemates had the same problem: They were all 'Yay! We live with a professional chef. We shall eat like kings!' And i was like 'Yay! You're all gonna be professional kp's/maids by the time i move out '

Just make them do all the shopping, re-cycling, cleaning & washing up

One of my freinds foremer room mates is a 5 star chef. He lived on fast food "I cook for those rich all day, last thing Im gonna do is cook when I get home"

See thats why I love Anthony Bourdain.... Give him a bacon wrapped hotdog and he's happy.

Just finished a ham Salad sandwich followed by a forelle pear - the ham I cook myself and salad leaves I also grew myself.

I can tell you that its pretty satisfying being a hunter gatherer.

A local bar/club/restaurant is having 'burger week' this week for lunch. Today's special burger: 3 little pigs, a sausage patty, pulled pork and bacon all in one bun.

just had a bowl of knock-off captain crunch...that was pretty much just as good....a bit crunchier perhaps

That depends on the quality of the burger in question. McD's are ok... But some burgers are prime rib when compared to McDs

The Carls Jr 5$ burgers, and the Jack in The Box Sirloin burgers(or the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger) are my burger picks if Im not making my own. And for those back East- I think what we call Carls Jr is Hardees (never could figure out the name difference).

But before my migraine came back this morning- I had a yumtastic BBQ chicken sammich.

Today's lunch was made up of 2 Cheese toasties followed up by a lovely yogurt. Yummy.

Mistress you should eat some brains as a warning to your own. I had some fast food biscuits and gravy. Somehow they made it sour. I'm not sick so it hadn't gone bad it just tasted bad.

Corn-on-the-cob slathered in butter and spices (I use a Cajun spice mix), roasted on the bbq without the husks. Usually called Mexican Street Corn.
