Hey! I make an awesome meatloaf... just has shredded carrots and spuds in it. And works out to a serving of veg per serving of loaf.

Carrots and taters are tubers!!! Ergo they qualify as 'sub terrainian meat substitute'. Garlic too!

But onions are a veggie. And icky(unless used just for flavor).

You'd enjoy my diet then. I'm doing a protein sparing modified fast, and I've lost about 85lbs in three months. I eat 16oz of meat, poultry, and fish a day, two small servings of vegetables, and plenty of water and supplements.

Mmm snack to keep me going till I get home and have dinner in about 4hrs.

Rustler Burger deluxe, microwaved for an extra 20secs. Bring out, try to avoid burning fingers, one slice of dairylea cheese between bacon/burger and top of bun. Cheap yellow cheese slice that comes with it between bottom of burger and bun base.
Leave to cool for 2mins, come back, cheese now melted fully either side, open up between burger and bacon, add a dollop of Tom K and yummy.

Seems that when its 110 degrees outside- a gallon of suntea is good to go in about 22 minutes!

Just had grilled chicken sandwiches, washed down with some southern style sweet tea. Make my own to ensure just the right sweetness.

Extra long chili cheese coney with onions and jalapenos from Sonic. WAAAGGGHHH!!!! Damn, I love picked jalapenos!!!
