The meal was quite warm.

Whey protein shake, toasted pitta bread with mozzarella, onions, tomatoes, pesto and olive oil and then aiming for the huge bag of Kettle Chips to keep me going through the afternoon.

Planning on doing a 15k run tomorrow to start to burn it off, but boy am I hungry.

Making grilled chicken cutlets, marinated in a honey, mustard, wine mix, using some for a nice sauce.... over Jasmine rice with broccoli rabe, and grilled carrots.
