OK, so I ran into some difficulty tonight with some aspects of the head. I wasn't happy with the 'nose' so I took it off and did a new one. The silicone is setting as I type. Tomorrow I will be putting six more together and they will have the new 'nose'.
Here is where I am ending tonight:
And a little fun was had with and old toy gubbin from a broken car my son was throwing out:
I think it turned out well despite a few air bubble I missed getting out....

I have to say these are going to look pretty dam nice when done, great job on the casting miner air bubbles easily rectified
How much alterations are you planning for the heads ? Would you not have been easier to leave of the banding detail if you are doing alterations 
Sorry just thought it might have been easier if you are planning different designs, I always think one of those with a raised engine at the front (because it looks like truck cab) would look call 
If you have a couple of those fans going spare at some point pleas let me know, they would work great for my IG drop ship idea, if you have a scale shot though would be cool

Thanks, LDD. I am planning different designs. They must all be crafted individually. If I were to cast this I would have to build it in kit like parts and cast them. I was kinda being 'funny' is all.... I knew that there would be air bubbles in that fan. See, what had happened was, I had extra silicon from the mix up I did for the Warhound nose so I rushed a frame job around the fan gubbin and threw it together so as not to potentially waste the silicon. When they were done I mixed a little extra resin for funsies and pured them both. BUT since I really needed the warhound gubbin I kinda just poured the fan as a lark expecting it to suck. And even for a few air bubbles it was pretty good. I have a second, better, mold for the fan in the works:  Hmmmmm, I wonder what the other two are? Only time will tell......
