Other than that really odd cape I think Amon looks great. Not great enough to justify spending 45 pounds on him though... I'm so glad Ahriman got a fantastic looking plastic release.

If FW keep up these steady price hikes then the last SM chapter to get the HH treatment will probably have characters the same price as a titan! Those poor White Scars players! (all two of them)

Wow....just read the IA: Chaos FAQ. I'd be unhappy if I owned a Chaos Cindocator Laser Destroyer. Gotta buy the loyalist index to get the rules for it.

One of them filthy casuals...

So I have to wait another week for them to fix the two most badly edited and error filled indexes just so they can keep the power armour gang happy. Good game Forge World.

Where they've made changes to the entries, if I download the epub version again, will they be fixed?

Check out my gallery here
Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!

I guess it would take an extra week to fix all the errors and mistakes in the xenos and AM books.

I've asked the FW FB page - hopefully I'll get the answer tomorrow.

It seems pretty reasonable that SM and CSM get FAQs first, they were out first anf thus had more time to generate questions. I'm gonna guess that probably in a week or two the xenos and astra militarum faq will drop much like this one has, once a similar amount of time has passed.

The enemies of Mankind may employ dark sciences or alien weapons beyond Humanity's ken, but such deviance comes to naught in the face of honest human intolerance back by a sufficient number of guns.

I'm a big fan of the Sicarian chassis, with the Venator being my favorite SM tank, and the vanilla Sicarian being my second. I don't like this one as much as I do the others, however. Not sure why.

Interesting and intriguing background for the Arcus:

The Arcus Strike Tank has a shadowed past, viewed by the Mechanicum for reasons unknown as a slight against the Omnissiah. As a result, the adepts of the Machine God refuse to produce or repair these vehicles – without their ministrations, these advanced support platforms have degenerated, and their advanced armaments have been replaced with more common rotary launchers. This has done little to blunt the offensive capabilities of the Strike Tank, which is still able to race forward and unleash hails of area-saturation incendiary missiles.

Quasi-AI powered turret? A rather potent machine spirit?

Personally, I think it's because the hull is low and angular while the top is round and curved. Looks like a kitbash.

IMO that's because this is a kitbash. Sorta like how they slammed every weapon combination onto their land raiders and sold them.

It is a kitbash - see my reference pic. One of the more prolific Instagram painters - who also was featured in White Dwarf with his HUGE army last year - posted a pic of his Sicaran with the turret swap. The guy owns like... six of every Titan and stuff. I am guessing it was them honoring his creation with an official release.

Really? I only really felt like the helios was that transparent (and it at least matches the armor style, even if it is a giant turret on top of a low tank)

Looks like it would be better suited with the guns flat rather than stuck up like that, kind of looks like they're stowed for transport in that pic.
