Zhatan the Black. Gonna enslave me some green-skins and forge and empire for Hashut.

Besides, he's the best candidate for "Pimp My Ride", those tired out hobgoblins need a break from carrying his throne around all day.

Six mistakes mankind keeps making century after century: Believing that personal gain is made by crushing others; Worrying about things that cannot be changed or corrected; Insisting that a thing is impossible because we cannot accomplish it; Refusing to set aside trivial preferences; Neglecting development and refinement of the mind; Attempting to compel others to believe and live as we do

Malekith probably, or Karl Franz. The Emperor likes to smashy things and Malekith likes to just not die. The Tyrion model is also really cool.

My favs:

Aekold Helbrass - terrible old model, but as the Tizz champion it's really neat to see the mark he's left across the chaos mortals book, even if he didn't get new rules
Skarbrand - truly epic fluff, though far more functional in 40k than fantasy
Morghur - I'm deeply saddened that he's so very bad in the new book, because Morgy is so bizarre and has a pretty cool model going for him
Nakai - he's an even more uber kroxigor, what's not to love?
Braugh Slavelord - ogre character with some really cool in game mechanics, as he beats things up and slowly acquires a unit of undead around him!

I think I liked Archaon until the Storm of Chaos. Then he seemed like a chump. And Malekith has spent the last 4000 years getting punked, so he's out.

Loved the old Morghur's fluff and I really like the idea of Grimnir fighting his way to the Chaos Gates and holding it against the hordes until the Elves managed to do their thing.

Gamewise, I like Tretch Craventail for exemplifying the skaven race.

I also love the idea of Kolek Suneater, and would one day like to make an army with him, dragon ogres, and marauders worshipping him as a god in his own right.

Mine would have to be Deathmaster Snikch. Such a great model(either version) and I love his fluff.

Marius Leitdorf, because he is absolutely chuffing bonkers.

"Renowned as the Mad Count of Averland, Marius Leitdorf has a reputation that has spread far and wide. Most know Leitdorf for his eccentricities, his bouts of screaming rage and his frequent periods of deep depression. Equally well known are the tales of his mercurial behaviour in court, the fact that he relies closely on the advice of his favourite warhorse (Daisy Kurt Von Helboring II, or Daisy for short) as much as any of his captains or court advisors, his insistence on regular and lengthy baths in buttermilk and rosemary and his incessant mockery of any at court who he considers 'roly-poly'. In fact, his behaviour has been perceived as so outrageous that none of the other Electors welcome him in their courts and in Altdorf only the Grand Theogonist extends him invitation to anything but the most essential councils. Part of the animosity directed towards Leitdorf might stem from his long-standing rivalry with Kurt Helborg, who according to the Mad Count has a poor moustache, worse dental hygiene and a sense of humour to rival a Troll. Those who are willing to engage in speculation, suggest the animosity Helborg feels towards the Count stems more from a particularly florid tale Leitdorf once recounted concerning Helborg's sister, a churn of butter and a lot of Elven wine. Kristal Helborg has since sworn an oath as a Sister of Sigmar and Kurt has never forgiven Leitdorf his impropriety.

All these stories and more, however, do Leitdorf a gross disservice for while he is clearly 'unconventional' in his manners and flamboyant in his clothing (with a predilection towards bright silks, fashionable clothing and tall, fluffy feathers), he has a sharp and incisive mind. Indeed, he is a studied swordsman, an accomplished poet, an architect of no small skill and an engineer and inventor of some standing. In fact, until the unfortunate incident of Marius's Marvelous Pneumatic Britches, he was an Honorary Fellow of the Imperial School of Engineers.

None of this, thankfully, stands in the way of the fact that Marius Leitdorf can, and does, lead an army with considerable flair and skill. In fact, a number of great Imperial victories in recent years are owed to his courage and insight and this fact alone has protected him from the sternest censures of the Imperial court."

Hm, this is a hard decision, but i think my favorites are
- The Green Knight. He can teleport between woods, how cool isn't that!?
- Valkia the Bloody. Because... Well, just because. Would like her more if she had a model though
- Moonclaw. Just the look on peoples faces when I throw warpstone meteors on them

My first favorite though was Ungrim Ironfist, because i liked the model by some reason.

He also has a cool model, except fot that ogre thong he is wearing. An ogre is the last model that should be in a thong <shudder>

My past favorite special character is Gruarth the Beastmaster. I love the rules and that he runs with two big cats.

My current favorite is Alith Anar. He is not uber powered, and I am almost finished with the book "Shadow King" and I am really liking the story that Gav wrote for Alith.

What is a maid? Ice and desire.

Lord Kroak... Something about a mummified canetoad that is used as a WMD by the lizardmen seems funny.

Ikit Klaw, because he's just one step away from becoming Warhammer's Dr. Doom.

Deathmaster Snikch: DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECAPITATIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!!!!!

Also littlenibbler Orks aren't about armour saves.
Orks are about having too many models on the table, and wasting the other guy's time with your movement phase.
Orks are about having the toughest units on the table.
Orks are about not caring about how many bodies are left in a long winding trail until the squad is down to less than a third its starting strength.
Orks are about rolling more dice then you can count without the aid of a calculator or a pen and paper.
Orks are about having totally fething insane characters tearing gak down like Doc Grotsnik, Ghazghkull or Snikrot.
Orks are about being too fething awesome to die...

Loved the old model more than the new...in fact, his claw lives on attached to my flyin' Champ/Wiz o' Tzeentch!
