You're not the first person I hear this idea from but it's a very nice concept. Altough, for Sisters I would replace the Lascannons. Maybe HBs in the sponsoons with Multi-Meltas on top.

Absolutely gorgeous. It looks quite clean as it is there, if you can make one I would be very impressed!
You can use the apoc Hellstorm weapon profile for the primary wep
Maybe a multi melta in each sponson instead of the las, and something to replace the heavy bolter at the front? Just to make it more fluffy that is; it seems to have a weapon for everything atm and sisters don't really use las from what I recall.

Nuclear: Properly pronounced new-clear, not new-cue-lir. There is no 'u' between the c and l, so stop saying it because it just makes you sound like a dumbass. This includes nucleolus, and all other derivatives of the word.

Exact words on seeing tank concept: "Holy gak, yes!", minus the wordfiltering of course.

Some other possibilities, go with quad sponsons, with double heavy flamers, replace the command hatch with the Immolator sponson, with multimeltas. I'd actually keep the Vulcan, as it fits the holy trinity of the SOB. The side turrests I'm torn over HB's or Multi-Meltas, single mounts..

I wouldn't add the Exorcist launchers, as good as it might look, it's a lil much on on a single gun tank.. (might look good on a baneblade chassis) and the idea of it carrying 40 arco-flaggelents and sisters repentia is just scary...

<Rarity> I am not whining, I am complaining! Do you want to hear whining?

Thiiis is whiiiiining! Oooo, this mini is too expeennsive! I'm' going brrookee! Can't you make it cheaper? Oh, it's resin and not metal anymore! Why didn't you take it off the sprue first? That's gonna leave a pour spout, and the FLGS is so far away, WHY DO I HAVE TO SUPPORT IIIIIIIT?! </Rairty>

So, are the rest of your Sisters of Battle mostly red? If so, stick to the color you've chosen, but I would reccomend some fleur-de-lys on the sides, to keep it in theme. And a special rule for that mega-flamer. It's brutal!

Not sure what issues you were running into, but For my EC baneblade I found that the middle section was too wide and just the two side halves fit nicely on the back sides. I went with only one pulpit though in the middle back, though a little plasticard and the way you have it pictured shouldn't be too dificult to accomplish. It's a neat idea.
