It's like a train wreck. All those Dr. Pepper cans, all those models, not nearly enough time to consume either in a normal, healthy level of intake. I can't look away.

This is something I look forward to.

Although now I feel lazy for having unpainted models that have been unpainted for a month or longer...curse you for my uneasiness!!!!

your gonna do great and I can just see your mass of purple/gold monstrosities.

P.S if you don't wanna bother with painting the Necron barrels, put them in after painting so they don't need to be painted. Good luck

Ok, almost a full day into it, things are going well. Petty much every one has completed their first goals, and are on to the next one.

Ruined a brush with a mix of super and wood glue, but it was worth it.

Parker stopped by to get painting with us, and plans to stay the whole time!

Hyde is on schedule and hasn't even taken a nap yet. )

Steve is looking a little overwhelmed. "What the heck did I get into!" he cries.

Brian, a fellow Necron player, has come by to hobby as well.

Adam Rubright did also, our house is full of gamers! :>>

Here are his Warmachine dudes he's completed so far.

Doing a podcast update, having lots o' fun. :lalala:

The master mixer at work...

The stack of empty dr. pepper cans grows...

Tim has been putting a lot of work into his infantry, time will tell if this is the correct strategy.

Got all my bases done, just waiting for the glue to dry so I can prime them.

Hyde finished brood, the first of many to come!

What are the wood stirrers, screws and wood glue for?

They are for doing this! I sticky tacked them to paint stirrers so I can spray them when they have finished drying.

Very awesome, I think I remember you doing your chaos army last year

Yep, that was me!

Curiousity: Is that a bottle of whiskey in the middle of the shot of your workbench (to the left of the superglue)?

Yes, yes it is. Bushmills helps dull the pain.

Is the Nid player going to be dipping his nids?

Nope, just a heavy wash.

Are you all INSANE!??!!

Yes, as are all good Ohioans. This is quite likely the reason no one vacations here, lol!

Thanks to everyone for all the good wishes and support, I really appreciate it.

Well, back to the monolith.

Stupid monolith... I hate this model. BIG pain in the butt.

I think it came out ok though, mainly due to my cursing, I'm sure.

Tim is making some good progress on his vostroyans.

Brian's scarabs are close to being finished, although he has to leave after that. :(

Ok, so things are moving a little quicker now, off to do the regular destroyers next.

The guns on these dudes blow. I really hope this model gets redone when the new codex sometime way in the future gets redone.

Hyde is working on Raveners, but unfortunately one of them got assembled backwards, poor little bug!

Tim finished up his first squad of vostroyans, and is currently working on the next batch.

Steve, after taking a 6 hour break to go to his own graduation party, came back and got busy assembling as fast as he can!

Adam is almost done with two more warmachine jacks, they just need to be dipped.

Parker is hard at work on his blood angels, here is one of his completed assault squad members.

All of the destroyers are finished, just scarabs and 30 warriors to assemble, then paint begins!

I hate the green rod things. I wish GW had never invented them. They are terrbile.

Steve is asleep again. Tim went home and has not returned. Hyde disappeared upstairs, I assume to take a nap. Only myself, Parker and Adam remain.

Unless people step it up, looks like I may be the only guy finished yet again.
