lol, yeah, you put a standard marine inside the 'cockpit' and voilà, instant Knight

The sculpt was made by 'Cassar' over at Coolminornot. If you're interested in a sculpt from him, just send me a PM and I'll provide his email address. The communication with him and the feedback back and fro went very smooth, best to work out a price with him, it depends on a mix of time, complexity and level of detail. For min I paid around 200 quid, which is a good price considering the speed of the sculpt and level of quality.

lol, thanks guys! And no! The project is not dead. Just sidetracked a bit by the BA army, i want to get some units in a playable paint coats asap. ^^

@da_mek: Yes, yes you may. but only f you train them at a secret ninja camp. I'll need henchmen at some point of my life and I'd rather have them well-trained.

@dullblade35: Oh, I definitely paint them, they get under- and basecoated together with the rest of the model. Not painted they just look 'off' with the rest of the model. Feel free to have a look in my FW Marine Thread or BA Army thread for some examples of painted brass detailing.

Not yet to be honest. I first want to have my BA army painted to a gaming standard and then I'll tackle this guy. When I start this I really want to be able to concentrate it fully, in order to do it justice. Most likely after the summer I'll start.

Cheers fellas! lol Cass, if it can soothe your pains. i have a moral obligation to have it finished before the end of the year, so it'll be finished within a year from delivery.

And I'll start painting in September so that gives me a rough 4 months to finish it! That's lightning fast compared to the FW marine, which took two years! lol
