Definitely terminators, they just die too quickly. TH/SS termies work so much better for me personally.

My least used unit is my dreadnort at least every game it gets imoblised on my side of the battlefiled

Rough Riders (All nicely converted from Bretonnian knights too)
Stormtroopers

Sisters of Battle:
Repentia (Only 2 out of 5 games do they ever get to their target, and even getting there doesn't mean that they'll do much damage.)

Have to be stealth suits for me, got them in the battleforce, and even used them in a few games

then one day I reached enlightenment and realized that they are horribly overpriced and underpowered

Meh, still get to use them in apocalpse though...gogo SMT

Warboss. I used to use them all the time when I first started Orks. Then I realized I can get better performance for less using a a BigMek. Now my bosses just sit there looking cool.

My Sanguinary Guard first, because after 3 games with them failing to do anything worthwhile, I decided their points cost being higher than a Land Raider, and not as much protection as Termies meant I didn't want them.

Close second are the Tact squad from AoBR. A very nice set, but once I customized the poses of my own squad, their static "ready-stance" didn't look good to me anymore. They are now my back-ups.

My 4000pts or so of Bugs. Completely painted to table top standard. I'll never play them again.

This award goes to my wolf guard terminators. I use three for lone wolves and the other 7 or so sit on the shelf.

This farseer. I already have a farseer that i use for my games, so this model has seen absolutely no use in battle. I still carry it around in my case though because of cool factor >.>

I don't actually play that often, and when I do I just kind of take whatever I feel like that day.

I don't use special characters that often though. Once my Death Guard are finished I'll probably be using Typhus alot more.

I never use standard Space Marine Captains (always use at least Tycho/Death Company Tycho, if not Mephiston or a Librarian)

Surprised not a lot of people use scouts, they've been star players in some of my games. I usually take a min sized squad with pistols/CCW.

The only things I don't really use for Eldar are the Avatar, Asurmen, and the Fire Dragon Exarch. I really want to pick up some older one-piece-wings swooping hawks and use two min-sized squads with exarchs. It's a shame about Asurmen, a friend gave him to me, but I just haven't found a place to fit him in a list yet.

A total of 20 stormboyz, 20 'ard boyz, 3 TL Big shoota warbuggies, my choopa armed warboss, all have never seen the enemy.

SW wise, 15 blood claws, terminator WG battle leader, land raider crusader (brought for the blood claws), and fenrisian wolves.

my Deffcoptas unit. Probably my favorite model in the ork army, but they are just too expensive/fragile/ not worthwhile. When I did use them, they were Ok at taking down key transports, but I always ended up wishing I had more boyz, nobs, or an extra loota in each squad.

Now that I think about it, the whole Fast Attack part of both my armies (Tau are my second) don't really seem too important

Space marines- my chaplain in terminator armor, and assault marines

Orks- tank bustas, and now with all the physic hoods everywhere my weird boy.

people don't really seem to use assault marines. why? they kick arse.

My IG Company flag has never seen a game, nor the ratlings and the medic has seen combat once or twice.

My two SM libby (plain and termie) have never seen a game nor the chaplain term, LR, and plain techmarine. The TFC is the bee's knees though featured in a number of my lists.
