:O your lootas are so cool. i like your komandos as well but they look very "ard boy"ish rather then komandos'ish (i think its because their carrying huge shields and sneaking at the same time). i still like them though. keep up the good work

@bigfish: Thank you! The lootas are my favorite so far. Next to gazzy of course. And yea right now the komandos are a little ard boyish but once I get the flock on the riot shields then they will look much more like komandos.

@jirc: Thank you! I am really going off of them being not of the norm. And it's never too late to start orks, and AoBR or two is a perfect start.

I saw riot shields and thought Ard Boys but no they were kommandos, it works nice work

@DaimenOfTheWRAAAGH: Again once the flock and whatnot are on the shields they will look much more like kommandos. Trust me.

Also test scheme for my killa kans. And Gazzy the 6 kans and 4 mega nobz have been primed and are about to be painted.



The nobz and gazzy will look similar.

I like it but it looks to clean to me. I thinnk if you dirtied it up a bit it would fit your mob better. But stand alone it looks good so far.

It's actually just a Photoshop of the GW model, the real ones haven't been pained yet. This is just to map out, so to speak, how I am going to do mine.

I cant really tell what the actual model will look like from the mock up so get a test one done and then yea.
all i would say now is when you do them, i think a darker metal colour would work better. The red on the mock up looks a lil shiney too. Nice altogether though

@bigfish: Yea the metal and reds are going to be much darker.

So sad news, I couldn't get the kans done in time, the reds kept irritating me so I am instead doing 24 more boyz in the meantime so as to not fall behind schedule.

I never really considered warpaint either but man it does wonders for models.

Also just got another 24 done will hopefully get some more pictures soon.
