I totally love those pitch mats. They are gorgeous.

I still have the 2nd ed. Blood Bowl that came with the styrofoam pitch. When I play my Dwarfs in campaigns, I always use it for my home games. The squares are smaller than the current game boards made since 3rd ed. came out. The board has the same number of spaces as it does now, they're just a little smaller. The spaces are the same size as an individual square infantry base, and the large monster bases take up a full 4 squares on the pitch. It changes the dynamic of the game a lot. Large monsters control a much larger area of the pitch as they should. There's no point in a larger base if they sit in the same size square.


I wish this company would offer a smaller squared pitch, too.

Like the Driad a lot, but don't dig the color scheme (I think a little less fleshy and more wood-like would have looked better).

I think the Rat Ogre is the best one out there. Probably the largest one too.

Those models look great, but are there actually any rules for an all-mummy team? I thought the maximum you could get was 4 (as part of a Necomancer team).

Nice model. I just wish that these not-BloodBowl teams weren't always so expensive compared to everything else.

For every Bloodbowl player there is about ten 40k players, so it is understandable why our minis don't get sold in the numbers needed to take advantage of the economies of scale that 40k models can.

Hell our Southerm Shrikebowl minis often get sent over seas due to not always being able shill them all in Oz.

Are those horns coming out of her head or feathers? If feathers then I can understand why there's no band or anything holding them in place, but they look like they will be really thick for feathers.
