Forgot about noise marines. I've become a bit infatuated with them lately. They're so cool, but the rules aren't as cool as I'd like. Free sonic blasters would be a boon, as would some sort of demoralizing effect. Like. If a unit of noise marines are within charging distance to an enemy unit, that enemy unit must take a leadership test with a -1 to their leadership. If the unit fails, it must immediately go to ground. Plus, they can be relentless, because what good is Initiative 5 if they have beefcake guns of uber blasting? I have hopes of some sort of incubi-ish unit for all of the marks too. Like chosen.... but not at all, really. Khorne- A unit of uber berserkers with 5 WS, 5 S,at least 3 attacks and power weapons Slaanesh- A unit with 6 initiative, lightning claws, plus something else, like the above ability Nurgle- 5 toughness, FNP, 3 Initiative, defensive grenades, power fists Tzeentch- 2 wounds, 3++ save, power weapons. Basically just dedicated close combat units for the marks. Heck, they should be able to take jump packs too. No shooting attacks to speak of besides bolters too. I think the problem with the existing chosen is that they're plenty versatile, but don't really excel at either shooting or assault. Cult Terminators, obviously. Have nothing to say about this, as everyone has an idea how they'd work. I do think that Tzeentch terminators should be able to take storm shields and thunder hammers, exclusively. I also think khorne terminators should be able to assault the turn they deep strike, and that slaanesh terminators should have a demoralizing effect. In general, I'd like terminators to be able to take a havoc launcher on their back. Some sort of cheap HQ would be nice. CSM have no appropriate HQ choices for smaller games. Something like a lieutenant chaos lord with 5 WS and BS and two wounds. He should be able to take a retinue, or have a bonus if he works with an assault-y unit above.

This ^ right here is exactly what chaos deserves, something awesome that sets us apart from those loyalist pansies.

I think PW on the Khorne unit should ONLY be on the champ. However, I think that they should definitely be rending (of course, Rending is a rule I would want some additions to as a USR, basically any weapon that has the 'chain' key word is rending)
