I'm more pleased with them ATM, but it might just be that 'new model' feeling you know? You've spent weeks looking/slaving over at the others so its nice to build some new guys and come back to 'em when ready.

Oh man, awesome. That's a tough model to make a unique conversion out of, but I like the direction you took him. His mouth almost makes him look like a Genestealer hybrid heavy.

Cheers Dexter...yeah its an awesome model, I think its the arms that make it a tough one, not much room to maneuver there...but when you make a mutant pirate captain out of him, you can kinda bend the rules of biology a little Yeah he does have a tyranid/genestealer look to his head...that face plate will be painted up to be battle-worn metal though...I'm kinda thinking a poor man's Arbiter from Halo 3.

Haha I know just what you mean LDD, alot of very creative ideas/people on here, thats why I set myself a limit: completely finishing these two projects then I can move on...otherwise I'd happily start a new idea every other day and nothing would get finished!

Mate get it done! I'll make one more Necromunda gang after this lot but It'll likely be a Van Saar themed spin-off. I like the whole polar opposite thing (low tech mutant scummers vs. high tech hive gang)...Yukihyou 3 words: EMPIRE - PLASTIC - FLAGELLANTS! Half of it done for you right there

Fair play, I tip my cap to you sir...yeah theres some awesome gangs on here, it would be great to get them all in one place for a few evenings...Redemptions Vs. Scavvies eh? Hoho thats a def. grude match right there...what is it Bender from Futurama said "A little fire will show 'em who's boss..." I built this lot with the original rules in mind...I had a look at the newer ones and all the advantages a clever scavvy boss could use to swing the fight back into his favor have been cut...they're actually pretty sh#t now which is disappointing...also I think flamers/hand flamers got a power-down in this version too...so naturally it would have to be original rules no?

So another quick update...well the Warbands been progressing nicely, the last few parts were ordered today...WHEN...AMAZING! An order I'd forgotten about arrived in the post! WIN!

So I'd been working on my main character, my Inquisitor. The host model had been armed with a Thunder Hammer but for a bit of a laugh I was turning it into a Nemesis Force-Scythe...(No, not a Bruce Forsyth! ) however the unexpected arrival of some tasty bits in the post today has left me wondering...I wanted to put it to you guys...whats best do you think? To hack or to slash? Haha

Please don't look too closely at this one coz its proper bare-bones work ATM, no GS...etc but which weapon would you go for? The Character is a rather unhinged and bloodthristy Inquisitor...to say the least, and a real raging terror on the battlefield, which weapon envokes this feeling the strongest? Force-Scythe or Power Glaive?

I love it when you forget about stuff you have ordered and hey presto, just love it.

All though I like the scythe and it looks kind of menacing and kick ass it does not reflect what I feel is the elegance and look of an Inquisitor, so for that reason I myself would choose the Glaive, the elegant classic weapon that still carves the gak out of everything.

i do indeed like my fluff, why do you think i so freqently travel to scarpers page? not to imaigion his models as living people who live in my house.. NO!

but i am liking this newest guy, scythe looks cool but OMG where did you get that glave, its really really cool looking

Haha cheers guys...yeah I'm leaning pretty strongly towards the Glaive too.

Fluff aside, I wanted to his paint his weapon in that turquoise lightning powersword way you see on some BA but the Scythe doesn't really allow for much of that funky business as its a very thin blade indeed.

Puppetwars has some cool stuff and there new Rough rider bikes look friggin awesome, I was amazed and their SM type bike looks a bit like a judge bike, got plans for that …...
