Well the Titan could just walk away. It does have a 12" move.
That still wouldn't take it into range

Then what exactly is the point of this thread? Apparently "yes, they're overpowered and FW sucks at making balanced rules" is the only answer you're willing to accept, so why have a discussion about it? Were you just hoping to get an ego boost from people agreeing with you?

If you had bothered to read the rest of the thread before posting you would have seen that's the opposite of what I am saying. Now can you post some constructive comments other than digging at me or please leave?

I did read your other posts, and they're all "Horus is overpowered". It sounds like you just don't like the fact that not everyone agrees with you on this.

Which isn't the point. The point is to be out of threat range, or at least safer than you were before, and you could even run another 2D6 if you needed to.

I don't really understand what you mean, I am talking about the minimum range of the weapon if they were within 3" and it walked backwards 12" it still wouldnt be able to shoot them because they would be too close. They could then assault or shoot it.

If you dont see a point to it I can have it closed. I'm fine both ways. I made the thread because I wanted to discuss peoples opinions of the primarchs and compare them to mine. I haven't been disagreeing with their opinions I have just been comparing it to mine. There's too much that can fit in the opposing Primarch/War Machine FOC slot that can deal with them

You might claim to want to discuss the subject, but as soon as I pointed out that because any game where you can use a primarch will contain weapons capable of killing one they're not that scary you went straight to complaining about how I'm not being constructive and demanding that I stop posting. This tells me that your real interest is in having people agree with you, not having a legitimate discussion.
but I don't understand how it would escape?
Because the titan moves faster than the primarch, therefore the only way for the primarch to catch it is to chase it across the table until it is trapped against an edge. Meanwhile everything shoots the primarch and it dies before getting there.

Seriously? It just moved 12", thats fething far. The Primarch and his terminator buddies will at best, with a 6" move and having dropped to within 3" of the titan last turn, be needing to roll a 9 on the charge dice. Those arn't the best odds. And then after they fail the charge the Titan will simply move another 12" away and can now shoot them.

I think if you’re worried about whether the Primarchs are ‘OP’ then you’re playing the wrong game. They’re Primarch’s. They’re meant to be beyond dangerous.
And they’re only meant for HH games, not your local tournament, so it really shouldn’t be an issue.

I see what you mean now. But still they have the potential to catch it and I personally think they would kill it

Better than just standing there like a dummy waiting to die, especially when the odds of you escaping are in your favor. And it gets even better if there is a forest or something, the Titan doesn't get slowed down by the forest but the Primarch and his buds will.

Horus does seem markedly better than the other primarches. He also costs markedly more points. As does his justaerin (in fact, people usually complain about how massively overpriced the justaerin are.)
Incidently, the perfect counter to Angron is a Legion Command Squad, his special rules are a complete failure against them. They can, and have, tanked him for several turns before.
Although, bringing normal lists into it, another great counter is a platoon of guardsmen. The old LOTR tactic of feeding a unit a turn to big super hitty characters works just fine.
It make take 423 odd lasgun shots to kill Horus with shooting. But for his points, you can take 100 guardsmen. I'd take those odds of getting those 423 lasgun shots if needed.
