Space Wolves definitely. Years of studying Norse mythology and listening to black metal have made me immune to the cold.
Salamanders would be the other candidate.
Both legions embodied a loyalty to mankind that was unmatched within other legions and that's something I can get behind.

Raiden, if you're going to make these polls, you need to follow 40k conventions. You ask about Chapters, then half your list is Legions (but not all of them)  . Fluff kinda matters, so please think these things out. It wouldn't hurt to flesh options out a bit too... am I an initiate joining or can I assume to be rank and file? Give us all a little more to go off of.
Ultramarines, BTW. I've got a good chance to work with common people, enjoy adoration and meaningful responsibilities beyond just training for warfare, and when I do go to war, its with the Legends of the Space Marines and I know we'll win.... because we're the Ultramarines ( PS: trying to spend as little time in the 1st Company or a bodyguard detachment as possible).

I chose Imperial Fists.
The fluff supports them, they're badasses, they're not ultrasmurfs, and I'm considering starting an army with them. 
EDIT:
Plus, now that I think about it, they're one of the chapters that initially refused the codex astartes (I don't like the codex astartes).

I voted for Dark Angels but that is only assuming that it was an automatic acceptance. Otherwise anyone else would do(non chaos) because if I didnt make the cut then I think I would rather die in training then become a servator.

Space Wolves or Salamanders for me. Apart from doing more for the little man than your average Chapter, they seem to be the only loyalist Marines who actually get any real downtime (whether feasting and celebrating, or visiting their families).

Space Wolves probably first choice. They actually seem to really enjoy their job.
IF and/or Crimson Fists would be second choice.
But yeah, if you're in the 40k universe and you make it into any SM chapter as an honest to goodness tactical marine, your life expectancy probably just went up.

Since the poll is not limited to one choice, I made 3.
Space Wolves - because I like to drink. A lot (don't worry, I'm not an alcoholic, they go to meetings).
Thousand Sons - they seem to be the most studious of the lot and I enjoy psychic powers (especially since I can't seem to ever roll higher than a 2).
Sisters of Battle - besides the fact they could not accept me as I am a guy...being the first guy in an all female group...
