Yep, I got mine and got it mostly put together now and I didn't receive any magnets. Other than that, it's pretty fantastic. Figured I'd shoot them an email tonight to ask about the magnets.

Just built mine. I used the video guide on their website, as the rack doesn't come with any instructions. If you're more savvy than me at constructing things (not hard), you wouldn't need the guide.

Took me about 10-12 mins to build, went together very easily. The design is pretty sturdy, it certainly doesn't look like it's going to fall apart.

I'm really impressed with this. Glad I spotted the discount when I did, as it looks like buying something similar off of ebay is over double what I payed.

Wasn't there a law recently passed in Australia banning the magnets, maybe they are unable to continue supplying them to people who ordered from there.

Hmm. I didn't get magnets either.

I'm also missing the tiny little support piece for the back of my long rack. Might have to shoot them a replacement support and quiz them about the magnets.

Missed magnets and my order only had 1/3 of the required amount of screws/nuts/washers. Had to go to the hardware store to find and purchase replacement screws. Messaged them on their Facebook page and hopefully I don't have bad luck like always with online stores...

I'm missing my magnets as well. But the rest was there and now built

I emailed them and got a very prompt, courteous, and satisfactory reply.
