I think the spoopy skulls are just the background for the teasers this time around. Would make sense, since the Lumineth are invading Shyish.

And I imagine also maybe some of the rumour engines that look like terrian could be this guy.

So basically it's a Lumineth Realmlord who turned into a Lich and also is wearing the railing of a galleon or some fancy staircase by mistake.

Hmmm, from the silhouette, it looks like whatever that is is drawing the smoke out of the skull with their other hand? So, an extremely long-limbed undead with some kind of contraption on their back? Interesting.

Took me a while to spot it in the silhouette, but now I’m about as convinced as I can be.

It's a Lumineth look at the mid of the image and you can see the *bike* handles like the Scinari Cathallar or something mocking them.

Dang, I was going to just change the OP and see how long it took people to notice.

Interesting to see the wolf has a beat up sword. Maybe he isn't a vampire after all.

the three silhouettes I would say are:

-"sorceress" of sigmar

-Final boss with wolf fur

-Other boss, "werewolf", we can see the image before convert, in a shield ( red armor) at the cursed city page.


If they show all this, and maybe something else, maybe the game will come out earlier than expected?

Some of the Blood Dragons were described as using wargear that was in less than stellar shape, what with them acting as mercenaries/sellswords.

Also possible that it's a sentimental piece for him. The thing suspected to be a vampire from Broken Realms: Morathi went out of its way to save one of its ancestors from Morathi's clutches.

Well, there are 6 (anti-)heroes and 3 baddies still not revealed on the Cursed City website, we're down 3 more this weekend and they're going for one per week otherwise - game might be out early April?

They said in the last preview that all the items shown would be out or up for preorder "within the next three months, barring any COVID or shipping delays".

I'm really bored with lumineth. Let's see those vampire lords!

Worth mentioning that there's a reason the Vampire only showed off that one model, while Lumineth had a bunch of stuff teased in The Dead and the Divine alongside of good photos of that one leaked unit in the potato camera "teaser".

So, given the one clampack vampire leak, we'll most likely see a new death AoS army. Underworlds has a clear roadmap. What's happening otherwise in the near future that might come before the WHQ box? The DEldar vs Sisters box, most likely with a small Sisters wave including the walker, and even Ecclesiarchy, given all the rumour pics? Necro Cawdor and/or Redemptionists? (Obviously won't be seeing any of these this WE, though)
(Oh, and forgot about the new Kill Team Box + new Titan for AT, of course)

Does Easter weekend fit with predictions for Cursed City's launch? It's a great time to buy a game to keep the kids busy over the holiday, and giving gifts instead of eggs is quite common nowadays.
Even adults will have the long weekend to fill.

Not quite ready to jump into Underworlds( Direchasm isn't my cup of tea ) but interested to see what the Ossiarch warband looks like. The Soulblights look good too...

Do the older warbands such as the sepulchral guard and eyes of the nine still work with the newest rules?

Nah. You can tell a bit when it's a GW sponsored 'leak' vs an actual leak. They don't tend to leak packaged product photos...and their leaks tend to be tied to whatever the preview/preorders are. The Windchargers were going to get shown off that weekend but not the Vampire.

All warbands still work.
Just some better than others, competitive wise

I thought the exact same thing at first, but it looks like if you trace the silhouette of the "tassles" all the way down they actually look like handles to some nasty-looking tools suspended from his waist-bar-belt-thing (maybe some kind of serrated knife or corkscrew on the left, and a sickle on the right).

That is a remarkably busy silhouette, so the waist-bar-best-thing might not be attached to the character/model, but otherwise it does seem to be a reoccurring motif for Lumineth so I'm not sure what to make of that! Maybe a coincidence, maybe some denizen of Shyish taking the piss out of some Lumineth invaders.
