Sorry I love the Tyranid warriors. They let me remember my early days of 2nd edition and the boardgame "Tyranid Attack" (or it's other version: Advanced Space Crusade)

agreed. Not even a nid player, I love those old models. There's a difference between old and 'silly' and I've got a soft spot for nostalgia.

To be fair, those are the metal ones. They weren't around for long and the plastic ones that replaced them weren't as bad.

Aside from this, what about this 'luvverly lady' from the SoB range?

What the hell?! She looks like an overweight bearded lady with whips.. Maybe she's just pissed because the Repentia are lithe and lethal and she's just doughboy fat? Aside from all this, surely women who are hell bent on proving themselves and repenting their sins in the crucible of battle don't need a Fat Controller? So, pointless and a horrible mini to boot....

It isn't that she is overweight, but that she is wearing flowing robes and such over power armor. That kind of bulks out the body and putting robes over the armor accentuates that fact. The repentia are all anorexic and lacking armor so of course all look lithe.

Hahahahahahaha great description! Never thought about it that way before, but now that you have stated it exactly that way it makes perfect sense.

Actually it is a small little succubus. Doesn't have the daemonette claws. Just a generic demonic familiar. Aside from the horns, most of the demonic details are on the back of the fig and don't show well in the pic.

Seconded. Those models are by far the worst models I've seen from GW. The "Khornemower" wasn't bad, the Stormtalon wasn't bad, but neither were good either (though the ST has grown on me). However, these centurions are simply bad. They have skeedaddled past "silly" and slammed straight into "wtf were they thinking?"

They heard we like power armor, so they put power armor on their power armor so they can go to war while they go to war.
