I dunno, I love the concept but the execution seems a bit iffy. It's a great, characterful sculpt, and the paint job includes some excellent work, but technically it seems to fail.
Those arms are the same length as the ape's regular arms, but they come out of the shoulder blades. To manipulate anything, they have to reach around the shoulders. They SHOULD have an extra joint in there to help reach. As it is, if that metal hand follows his regular hand through the punch, he's going to break his own shoulder...
On second thought though, if the ape is on all fours, it adds a useful manipulator to the mix.

The Pulp City range is based largely around a classic comic book feel. It's not really meant to be particularly practical.

Looks like his arms are coming out of his ears in the front on picture.
Might have thought it was better if they came out lower down, under his normal arms, rather than over the shoulder.

Yeah, that was my first impression. It actually makes sense, though. Think about how an ape moves, on all fours, hunched down with their front shoulders up. They make sense in that respect.

That's interesting, my first though was that it would be perfect for a character in a superhero RPG. If that's what they're going for, it certainly came across in my eyes.

He originates from the actual Spawn comics, but yes. His name is Cy-gor.  He's also a case of a human brain(in this case an old friend of Spawn/Al Simmons) inside a cyborg ape body.

Anyone got a size for that mecha. I know its one of the larger pieces and has its own shadow piece of transluscent plastic. Apparently you switch from one to the other.
This is good news as you can have a pair of them. I am curious beause they could be used as a create-your-own * strider for the Karmans.
Karmans are supposed to have striders, but none are produced.

If my hearing deceives me there might be 3 forms of the fig the standard the mega and the ultra at least that is what is happening every other week at my FLGS.

You actually get an unpainted version together with the painted one.
As for scale, the model is on a 58 mm base and is 63 mm tall without the base. A pretty good size for a Mega Armoured Warboss.
PP also does a mecha Cthulhu, if anyone cares.
