Here's my Blood Angels Dreadnought: It's magnetised so you can swap the fist, Lascannons and front plate to change it into a Furiso Librarian

Still a WiP at the moment, which explains the unpainted parts.

GIVE US THE PICS. That looks great!

Also, to the blood angels dread guy: Have any regrets about using the sanguinary wings? Looks great though!

Thanks, regarding the Sanguinary wings:- Whoever designed the Sanguinary Guard wings just deserves a kick in the ass, as essentially if you use some of the more ornate shoulder pads, such as the ones with the ridges or the ones with the extensive feather design, then depending on the angle of the arm it may be impossible to attach the wings to the body. Same thing goes if you fix the arms in certain poses. So as a result of that I had 2 sets which I couldn't attach to the guard, so I used a set on the Force Weapon for the Dread.

Ah. I understand. I had that problem with my carnifex. I forgot to put on the carapace piece before the arms, then I couldn't get it on later, so I had to paint a carapace on him! It looks good!

Well if you're looking for a really easy Chaos Dread from a Loyalist one, here's one I did a while ago. Really quick, really easy, wish I had done a better job on it...

The Head is the non-Ornate head from the WFB Tomb Kings Bone Giant, and the back spikes are from the Terminator Sprue. I was trying a subtle stippling effect for painting.
As for a Dread I've spend a little more time on, here's a WIP one for my friend's half of our Team army for BOLScon:

I have a second one to do too...ugh...

I like the idea king. needs more orky bits, but it should look fantastic when its done. If it were me, i'd be tempted to remove the lens and put a grot inside. maybe find a clear piece of plastic and cut it to the largest concentric ring. looks kind of like a bathysphere.

I thought that too, but the creepy thing is, the lens catches light and literally has an eerie red glow to it. It actually kindda creeps out one of the members in my group

I just wouldnt be a proper host if I took that away from him. But the bitch part is, Ive played it about 4 times now, and its literally done nothing but take bullets and assplode Damn dred.
