I've been skinny for a couple years now, and I'm enjoying it. It's probably from eating healthy and walking a 2 miles back and forth to school everyday. Anyway, this is just a random thread to talk about exercising. I guess bodybuilding is exercise, so if you want to talk about it, be my guest ^.^

In run between 8 and 10 miles every day; depending on how my knees feel. I also have a reasonable aggressive weight training program, and occasionally go through speed training cycles.

Playing American Footy eery weekend. Currently have a fethed up right knee and am playing through the pain, but as a result, I can't jog, so I am just getting to the gym when I can, which is rarely.

During term time I row for two hours every tuesday, thursday and saturday, occasionally 3 hours on tuesday and thursday.

I also do weight training on monday and Friday, I've been rowing on bow side for so long though that my right side is larger than my left, meaning that my spine is curving, so I have to do weights to equalize the two sides before I'm allowed to do heavy weights.

Only endurance for me :(

On 3 of 4 weekends (4th is tourney weekend):
I target practice (Bow/Rifle/Shotgun)
*This counts as exercise (mostly rifle) due to walking to/back from target every 3 shots (rifle 100-400yds over hills and through ditches *difficult/dangerous terrain*)

Last half of Sat and all day Sun I ride ATVs, and Im not talking putting around!! We race a few different courses.
2km, 5km, and 8km... all are mostly heavily wooded areas with alot of switchbacks, climbing, and creeks. *Im freaking worn out on Monday, and THEN I go to work, a hellacious exercise in itsself!*

I used to exercise hard every day when I was in the CF, but I've kind of slowed down since then. Work mostly takes up my time, I'm literally on my feet for 9 hours straight every day. Don't even sit down for lunch. So I'm spent by the time I get home. I'd like to start again though. I guess I swim a lot during summer though, so that counts

I fething hate running with a fething passion. I can jog for a nice 30 minutes, but its boring as hell.

I also don't get too much gym time what with 2 jobs and rec classes. What I do try to do are some random sets of push ups every once in awhile.

My game in CoD is over, I do a quick 15. I finished cooking lunch, I do a quick 10. Other than that I like to lift my 30lb dumbell and do 15 reps during intermission online(especially when I play MAG) or commercials.

When I did work out a lot I plateud at 240 and stopped because of college. Shot right up to 270. Need to fix than and then some.

Its remarkably easy to lose weight so long as you can stick to a consistent diet, or take up a cocaine addiction.

I am trying to lose some pounds this summer, running every day for 40 mins. Eating healthy and all, but seems like its not working.

Cocaine hirts my nose though and I'm afraid of needles.

My diet is mostly consistent, but I actually need to fix that. My breakfasts are rare and if I do have it, its usually raisin bran.

Working on it though, I can set a schedule once school starts this year and keep to it. Right now I'm living in relative chaos what with car troubles and my job schedules going wacky and rec classes. Classes end this thursday though and hopefully my car issues will be done with by next week. Then I can contact a friend of mine to finally paint that shed I promised to paint at the beginning of the summer.

I don't exercise, I work.

I'm usually underweight (can't gain a pound, even with the most godaweful food on earth). I'm 6'2 and used to weigh like 69kg, I'm at 75 now, after 3 years.

(THIS SPACE INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK)

I go to the gym three times a week. I sprint/run for 10-15 minutes then do general weightlifting and machine exercises for an hour. After that I do about a half hour of stretches and stomach exercises. I've gained about 10 pounds since I started going (I weigh 185 now) and in most respects I'm performing 50-100% better than what I was when I started. Unfortunately I think I need to diet to get rid of the tiny bit of pudge thats still on the stomache. It's not going away through general exercise.
