It does sort of tie into Yuki's issues though. It's very much hinted that Hikari hurt Himari accidentally in the past. And might explain the choice to wear the cross choker. It is sweet how much they care for each-other.

What I did find interesting the wording of his taunt "the whole world will be against you. To me this foreshadows that the Empire will end up betraying Tanya in the end out of fear for her power and cruelty, just as her previous incarnation was killed in the other world for his cruelty
You may be on to something. In the meantime, I am still enjoying the hick out of her seemingly IDGAF attitude while she mercilessly and methodically takes on all comers including Being X.

Anyway, How's Masamune-kun no revenge? Worth watching?
Still watching it, but Masamune is starting to annoy me as it seems he is being easily manipulated by multiple girls despite the show supposedly being about his revenge quest which....

Seems to have really gone off the rails at this point with Masamune basically becoming Yoshino Koiwai's catspaw and Neko Fujinomiya seemingly prusuing her own agenda possibly at Masmune's expense
Likely will stick with it, but it's not one of my watch first shows in my que unlike Youjo Senki, Miss Kobayahsi's Dragon Maid, Interviews with Monster Girls and Konosuba.
I am also getting a little worried about the pacing of ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept. Season is half over and.....still waiting for something other than rumors to be revealed.

I actually liked 4Kids' VA choices a lot of the time. One Piece, especially, I appreciated the effort they went to to give the characters different voices and accents to fit their personalities. To this day, I think Sanji without a Brooklyn accent just sounds wrong.

But Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid is more enjoyable than I thought it would be. Her dry completely out of feths character is fantastic. Much like a non panicking normal person in a crazy situation should be.

I was also dissapointed to hear about and see the re-cap episode along with the scuttlebutt about production delays. Like you I hope this doesn't portend worse things.

Chewing through Nisekoi atm. It's ok. It gets bit old by the end of the first season, and they should have dropped the harem promise thing. The episode with Hana was particularly off putting. I mean,

she threatened to gouge her husbands eyes out and threatened killing Raku twice. Am I supposed to be endeared by the reveal that she cares about her daughter? Likewise, that old harem anime gag about the guy getting punched to the stratosphere by a short tempered lady is pretty tired. Kazuma was right.
Seriously, young Raku was a fething player. Making promises of marriage everywhere.
Well, I finished it. Overall its a good show, for a harem thing. I mean, I do want shaft to make another season for completion's sake, and the characters were somewhat compelling. Maiko is best male character. I liked him way more than Raku.

Konosuba was exquisite today. Here's hoping the next episode, with the obligatory "the harem must visit a hot springs" becomes as good a deconstruction as the rest of the show.

Well, after being out of it for some time from the forums, I am back.
Going through the Highschool DxD series. Definitely...titillating, but has a interesting sense of humor and fun to watch as slightly mindless entertainment.
