As part of my ongoing re-discovery of the IG codex I decided to build a small stormtrooper unit.









FW enforcer bodies look awesome but are designed for pistol and cc not rifles so inventive use of arms was required in a few cases.

I didn't order any Enforcers when I placed my FW order (damn pricez already uh) for I didn't like them much, but I have to admit that you might be having me change my mind about them!!!

I like the way you painted their eyes in a glossy & creepy red...

As for the "creative use of arms", I especially like the middle trooper on the first pic. As I think most of the GW models wielding their guns all in the same way is a bit boring...

So good job on them!! I might have to check FW's website once more...

OT: Quality models, the paint job really does add tons of quality to great models.

Yeah, they look terrifying. Unfortunately, they also don't look like stormtroopers, rather a special weapons squad that's short a meltagunner.

To make them more stormey, they need more armor and they need to have their lasguns made all hot-shottey (extra laspack out the side, for example, with a targeter).

They achieve hot shottines by having warp enfused lasguns
