The video quality is certainly not up to modern standards. They should have outsourced this to the same company that is doing the work for EA these days. The sound work seems top notch though.
I will support these folks though and buy their product in the hopes that a studio will pick it up and put some cash into it.

To be honest, im really not impressed....it reminded me of the opening cutscene for Warcraft 3, the figures looked a little stiff and primitive. Still, its early and I will retain cautious optimism. I hope they dont water things down for the average joe.

Much as the trailer is impressive, imo they should have lowered the voices a bit. For such big men I'd presumed they'd have deeper voices (more like vin diesel).
It's a shame they don't have a non limited edition version. ?

I tried going to the web page for ordering and it won't load in either of two different browsers. Maybe the rush of people crashed it or maybe it's first day problems with the page that need to be worked out by their web programmers.
By the way, the price is listed as £25.99 GBP or $39.98 US.

I'm still not impressed. The way the marines move (or rather, stop moving) is distracting and some of the action looks quite ridiculous (like throwing an axe hard enough that it embeds itself in the power-armoured head of an enemy). At least this one is designed with the objectives of a trailer in mind.

The graphics aren't amazing but I wasn't expecting a Hollywood production on a straight to DVD release. It still looks pretty damn cool. I always had the intention of buying it so the trailer didn't change much except get me excited that a 40k movie has finally become a reality.

The animation is better than that of the intended BloodQuest film so

Man, I am sick of pussy-footing around this one... It looks like a students demo reel. Really horrible. I have passed on hiring people with better portfolio stuff than this straight out of school...
God I hope the story and acting will make me be able to overlook this beast wars era rendering, with badly overdone compositing to cover up the fact there are no backgrounds in half the shots...
I really don't get how GW thinks this will go over after the amazing cinematics in DOW1 and the upcoming space marine game...
