Looks like GW Tankbusta body with a Kromlech head. I like it, a very nice combination of pieces.

Indeed, it's a Tankbusta nob with Kromlech head. I really liked the looks of this guy, very Blood Ax-y. Will be using him as a shoota boy nob.

Don't know if it's been mentioned, but Victoria Miniatures has these goggles and respirators that wrap-around. That is, you can put them on normal heads. I got some and they look fantastic, but I haven't actually used them yet.

Death cult assassins 2nd head is that 2 heads joined together one being from the chaos cults set other Empire

Wow, I like this army. Because this army is based in a post-apocalyptic environment, the presence of somewhat "crudely clad" soldiers is actually believable, and I appreciate that you haven't gone totally overboard. Cheers!

They are Warmachine Iron Fang Pikemen with heads from Necromunda range, plastic shields and assorted GK bitz.

The idea came from this:

I was originally thinking of similarly themed marines, a custom chapter employed directly by Inquisition, but, heck, when inventing count-as-Grey Knights it's easy enough to get carried away into Mary Sue heresy.

So, no, these are modest Crusader henchmen in the end.
